The hotel is in a good location and the room is a good size. However, when checking in, the front desk said that the room needs a guarantee, which is not allowed now. The credit card can only be used by the credit card of the person who made the reservation. When did this rule come into effect? Is it a rule for all Best Western hotels or just this hotel? The front desk said that this rule has been in place since he started working here. It is simply speechless and unreasonable. Can't I stay if someone else makes a reservation? The staff were very helpful. Free parking across the street. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room in the corner, away from the elevators, and facing the courtyard. We had a group dinner at the attached restaurant, the food and drinks were great! If I am in Nelson again I will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel on the downtown ***** was able to walk most of it. We had a jacuzzi tub room that was just lovely, the bed was comfortable, and pillows were very soft. Did not hear any noise from other rooms, however we were on the 4th floor.
