Big Rooms, Hygenic Bath rooms and nice restaurant. Located on the Main road. Accessable to shopping. Staff support is nice and looking once again to visit the hotel again. i recommend the hotel for guests

GGuest UserNeeds improvement in ac in the room. Had to call the staff twice in the night to set it right although the staff response was good. Room kettle was not clean and had rust marks. I didn’t get a replacement even after requesting, the second one provided was not working also.

GGuest UserThe hotel has given only one contact number and the employee who has the cellphone just simply kept it switched off as he was on leave. They must keep a phone permanently at hotel reception or have a landline installed at the premises.

GGuest UserThe stay at tejaswini grand was good and the service was excellent even the food at the restaurant was also clean and tasty. But the front office need improvement, it needs smart people who can be proactive so that the customer will have better experience.

GGuest UserThe stay was good. Last year i have been as well to the same place. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The only concern was with a bit tight parking but still manageable. Thanks to the inn hotel.

This is a 20 year old property undergoing the process of renovation. Might have carried a great legacy, but currently not in the best shape. I must admire the staff for their willingness to help fix all the issue, but there are too many issues that a guest might not want to be bothered with. To list a few important irritated issues: - Room wasn't cleaned properly in spite of an hour's notice. - Renovated work is incomplete in the three rooms we tried shifting to. - We had to request for new bed rolls and sheets as the ones already placed were soiled. - Tap wasn't functional, plumber had to come and fix it during the stay. - Too many mosquitoes, can't expect that in a star hotel. - Doors had missing latches. - Ambience isn't reflecting the stars that the hotel claims. - Hotel claims to provide Wifi, but that doesn't work. - The cupboard designed for refrigerator was not holding any refrigerator. - Plates in which food was served by Room Service were disgusting, may be not replaced in the last 20 years. The only good aspects of this hotel are: - Location - Service of the staff

GGuest UserHi. In the web it is mentioned that 3 persons can sleep in the king size bed. But we got queen size bed so we-haven't slept properly because of less space. They haven't provided drinking water, complimentary breafast. As the amount per day for stay is 2100. Not worth for this money
