I stayed in Executive suite and it was more comfortable
Very friendly staff in reception and restaurant
I had to ask for mosquito repellent wall-mount and spray

No cleanness in rooms, walls seems too dirty. Very few items in breakfast that too not tasty. Water leakage in wash room. Overall bad experience to stay in d are uttam hotel.

It is not like 4 star hotel. There was urine smell in the toilet and not cleaned properly. Even after complaining, they just spray the freshner. Lot of strain in the bed spread. Damage in floor. But the restaurant staffs were very polite and helpful. Food is good

I booked the room type as club but the front office try to pretend deluxe room as club this a classic case of fraud, more over at the time i entered the premises my room was not ready to check in. I entered the property at 2:45pm

Poor hygiene in the room; the exterior of the building looks good, but the rooms are in bad condition. Food was ok but nellore has a lot of food options, you don't have to rely on hotel.
