Unfortunately my experience was below expectations. We had a disappointing stay. The room was not hygiene with visible stains on the sheets and there was no hot water coming in that room. The overall cleaniliness was lacking making uncomfortable experience.

The location is very convenient for travelers. The hospitality and reception from staff was very warm and welcoming. The ambience of the room was very refreshing specially after long travel hours. The room even had act broadband iptv with netflix subscription. Enjoyed a good netflix movie as well. The hotel doesn’t have their own kitchen but they managed the food from outside restaurants. They do charge for extra tea coffee if ordered with complimentary breakfast.

Don't go by description of this hotel. Stale smell, no complimentary breakfast as mentioned. They ask you what you want so that they will order n get from outside. But will cut on items you ordered. I felt this bad because i went here with two small kids and they had to starve

room+bedsheets+bathroom were not much clean
hot water was not working
in the night, small cockroaches everywhere even on the bed
off street parking (no basement or undercover parking available)

We stayed there for a couple of nights, the rooms were neat and clean. The wifi was good and there was regular housekeeping too. Hotel is in the heart of the city in a quite and move location close by to good restaurants.
