Die Umgebung in der das Hotel liegt ist sehr beeindruckend.
Das Essen war sehr gut.
Die Aktivitäten sind sehr gut organisiert.
- Unser Badezimmer hatte keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, das Wasser der Dusche verbreitete sich auf dem Badezimmerboden.
- Die Temperatur im Zimmer und im Bad war nur bedingt regulierbar, abhängig von der Außentemperatur.
- Die Sauna, sowie ein zugehöriges Handtuch kosten jeweils extra.

L'aurora bulle est vraiment top ! Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont également très biens. En revanche, le personnel n'est pas du tout accueillant ( attente pour le check in alors que nous étions les seuls, aucune explication sur le déroulement du dîner, quand on vient poser une question, personne ne lève la tête il faut les interpeller). Nous avions également réserver un créneau de sauna, et le personnel a "oublié" de le mettre en marche sur ce créneau. Résultat pas de sauna pour nous !
La bulle et les repas sont donc très biens mais le service et les prestations annexes sont très décevantes.

We had a wonderful week in Nellim, where all our wishes were fulfilled. We were able to see the Northern Lights on three evenings and were deeply impressed. During the first five nights, we slept in a log suite with its own sauna, which was quaint and atmospheric. The last two nights were spent in an Aurora Suite, where we had an unrestricted view of the Northern Lights. The excursions were well organized, the guides competent and friendly, always on time. We were perfectly equipped with clothing and equipment. A perfect week that we will never forget.

Very friendly staff with nice dinner everyday. The activities every are also very well organized. Highly recommended if you want to to Aurora. The Aurora over Lake Inari is amazing but please prepare enough warm clothings as the nights are cold at -21

Als je echt de experience en Aurora wil beleven op kleinschalig gebied, dan raad ik je deze echt aan. Goede accommodatie, vriendelijk personeel, goeie excursies en leiders; kortom: alles was een fantastische beleving. Als je van een stadje in de buurt houdt, cafés en restaurantjes dan moet je hier niet zijn. Dit is echt puur Wilderness, maar dan wel met goed eten, drinken en alle activiteiten starten vanaf de voordeur.

Alloggiato in camera basic con un pacchetto di 4 giorni con escursioni, abbigliamento e pasti inclusi. Struttura molto nuova, nella natura incontaminata, perfettamente curata con ambienti molto suggestivi sia nelle aree comuni che nella stanza, ampia, calda e dotata di tutto il necessario. Cucina a buffet ottima e varia, con prodotti sia freschi che cucinati. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Guide molto appassionate e coinvolgenti. Escursioni ben calibrate e organizzate, non abbiamo avuto mai un attimo per annoiarci. Sauna non inclusa nella camera, ma disponibile ad un piccolo prezzo per 30 minuti. Servizio aurora alert indispensabile per godersi senza stress la caccia all’aurora (grazie all’avviso abbiamo visto in piena notte una aurora imperdibile!!!)
