Location carina, molto immersa nel verde, ma lontano da servizi di vario genere. Il supermercato più vicino è a 15 min di auto.
Un peccato che le terme e la palestra chiudano presto. Ascensore veramente obsoleto, fa un pò paura.

Estadia com termas Programa respira melhor, o hotel mantém muito do antigo, mas foram todos os quartos renovados, excelentes, muito confortáveis, espaçosos, WC bem equipado aquecedor de toalhas, wi-fi funciona muito bem, restaurante também renovado mais moderno, pequeno almoço muito bom, almoço e jantar comida boa, bem apresentada e confeccionada, água mineral de cortesia nas refeições e nos quartos, chaleira eléctrica possibilidade de fazer chá, com frigobar no quarto, grande roupeiro. Tv por cabo, sala de jogos de tabuleiro, biblioteca, bar, salão muito confortável e bem decorado, sala para crianças brincar, mini-golf, piscina exterior de excelência e bar de piscina. Também disponibiliza carregador para carros eléctricos. Staff muito simpático na receção e no restaurante, sempre disponíveis. Limpeza dos espaços e quartos de excelência. Possibilidade de conjugar estadia com a parte termal ( Termas da Felgueira) beneficiando de alguns descontos por ser hóspede. Recomendo e vou voltar.

Lovely hotel, in a beautiful region, and really nice decoration. Very nice bedroom and delicious breakfast. The swimming pool is beautiful, just annoying the noise of big machines doing the necessary works for the renovation, otherwise we can feel what being in a little paradise means. Friendly staff, only a bit stressful that the room was not ready before 4:30pm. Although I will come back!

Stayed for 1 night in August 2024, the hotel is grand and very welcoming. The receptionists are very helpful, even suggested a great hotel in the next town over (Zé Pataco in Canas de Senhorim) and it served great food highly recommend it. The breakfast at the hotel was good, a selection of fresh breads, cereals, fresh fruit, pancakes and scrambled eggs to name a few. The only down fall I had were signage is a bit poor, location foelr the swimming pool, bars and other areas in the hotel was not existent. I would definitely stay again as everything else was great.

The staff was really unpleasant when we passed by. The swimming pool is getting wrecked so much. The experience instead the beauty of the spot doesn’t compensate the unprofessional staff. I wouldn’t recommend someone to book there, especially as, some others hostels offering the same services but with a smille first !

Passamos uns dias bastante relaxantes. A piscina era ótima, o quarto espaçoso e camas confortáveis. Apenas dar a nota que o quarto não possuía frigobar, o que nesta época do ano faz falta. Pequeno almoço com ótima qualidade, apesar de faltar um pouco de diversidade. Em geral, uma ótima experiência!

Tenho profundas ligações familiares a esta zona do país (Viseu/Mangualde/Nelas), e talvez por isso, procure desde há muitos anos, o Hotel da Felgueira para descansar e usufruir das termas que funcionam muito bem. O enquadramento do hotel é muito agradável e a piscina uma mais valia, mas considero uma falha grave que não se tenham lembrado ainda de construir umas pequenas escadas ou rampa de acesso à água. Pior ainda... Nem mesmo nas escadas que conduzem à zona do bar e piscina existe um corrimão! Lembro aqui, a dificuldade de locomoção sentida por boa parte dos hóspedes e a idade de muitos dos que frequentam esta unidade hoteleira. Há uma outra questão que gostaria de apontar, refiro-me à falta de qualquer tipo de atração por simples que fosse (pelo menos) às Sextas e Sábados à noite. Já houve tempo em que presentearam os hóspedes com um "mimo" do género e não tenho dúvidas que essa seria uma boa aposta da administração do hotel. Para terminar, quero realçar o conforto dos quartos, e o esforço desenvolvido na recuperação e melhoramento de muitos deles. Quero ainda enaltecer o profissionalismo e simpatia de todos quantos trabalham neste hotel, desde o serviço de limpeza aos empregados de mesa e ao atendimento na recepção.

Agora que se assiste ao revivalismo do turismo termal, este hotel é uma excelente opção. Localiza-se mesmo em frente do edifício das termas, numa zona bastante tranquila. Tem quartos de diversas tipologias, alguns em processo de renovação, a preços bastante acessíveis. Tem restaurante que serve boa comida, com menus que mudam todos os dias. O pequeno almoço também é bastante bom. O pessoal é bastante educado e simpático. Tem uma piscina exterior de grandes dimensões. Tudo reunido para passar umas excelentes férias e ou para ajudar na terapia de várias enfermidades.
