Wir waren schon 6 Mal in diesem Hotel, es gefällt uns immer wieder sehr gut. Die Lage und Ruhe ist traumhaft . Beim Abendbuffet ist noch Luft nach oben . Leider ist das untere Restaurant abends nicht mehr geöffnet um Essen zu gehen, sehr schade .

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ein wunderschönes Hotel-Ambiente. Sehr nettes Personal. Hatten ein Wellness-Paket mit 6 Anwendungen. Diese wurden perfekt umgesetzt. Das Frühstücks- und Abend Buffet war auch sehr gut. Das Hallenbad ist relativ klein aber das wussten wir vorher. Am Tag waren die anderen hotelgäste unterwegs, so dass man diesen Bereich auch sehr gut nutzen konnte. Die Sauna ist auch sehr klein, aber man findet immer einen Platz. Die Zimmer sind sehr romantisch eingerichtet. Wir haben das Hotel schon unseren Freunden weiterempfohlen.

This hotel didn't meet my expectations at all. First the good things: The room was OK and also clean. The wellness area with the swimming pool should not be accessible for little children, better would have been to separate the swimming pool from the wellness area. On our day of departure we would have liked to have breakfast a little earlier than 08:00, but the door of the dining room remained locked until 8:02, despite the fact that we knocked on the door gently and put the doorhandle down several times. Dinner is obligatory, but the quality is just below average. This hotel is overpriced.

Das Gesamtpaket stimmt in jedem Detail. Schöne Anlage, tolle Umgebung, super Personal, gute Küche und ein großartiges Buffet. Die Nähe zu Karlsbad ist Super und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis perfekt. Wir waren zum 3x hier und sicher nicht das letzte Mal.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel,perfekt zum Entspannen . Das Wellness Angebot ist super. Verständigung ist auf Deutsch und Englisch möglich. Karlsbad ist etwa 25 min entfernt. Ideal für eine Tagesausflug. Die direkte Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein.

Es war ein absolut fantastisches Wochenende. Ein so wunderschönes Schloss in wunderbar ruhiger Umgebung 👍 Halbpension muss sein, weil in der Nähe ist nichts. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt, dass die Taverne am Hotel 17.30 Uhr schließt, sehr seht schade für die Hotelgäste...denn in der Umgebung gibt es nix 🙄😩

Es ist ein wunderschöne Unterkunft, das essen ist sehr gut, Personal immer freundlich . Man kann es nur empfehlen. Ausflüge in Städte sind nicht weit weg. Hotel liegt versteckt mitten in der Natur um runterzukommen vom Alltag. Wir kommen wieder.
