Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti all’Hotel Borgovecchio per festeggiare il Capodanno e siamo rimasti entusiasti. La struttura è molto curata nei dettagli e trasmette un’atmosfera accogliente e raffinata. La suite in cui abbiamo soggiornato era spaziosa e confortevole, perfetta per rilassarsi. Un grande punto di forza è stata la colazione servita direttamente in camera: molto variata, con prodotti di alta qualità, perfetta per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Angelica alla reception, che con la sua professionalità, disponibilità e preziosi consigli ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Neive ancora più piacevole. Infine, abbiamo cenato al ristorante gastronomico all’ interno della struttura la sera del 31 dicembre: un’esperienza impeccabile, con un servizio attento e una cena straordinaria, perfettamente all’altezza di una serata così speciale. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per l’eccellente lavoro. Torneremo sicuramente!

L'albergo e molto bello e siamo stati molto bene. Il Personale gentile e molto cordiale. Ristorante Buono. Menù Tartufo troppo caro però buono. Unico cosa che non abbiamo gradito è la Colazione in Camera. Avremmo preferito fare colazione seduti più comodi e la colazione calda. (uova, Tost Caffè) erano freddi.

가장 친절하고 가족같은 직원이 있는 곳
여행 해 본 중 가장 친절하고 깨끗하고 뷰가 좋은 곳 이었어요. 골프 예약 때문에 일찍 나가야했는데 직원분이일찍 나와서 아침을 챙겨 주었어요
영어 안 통하는 곳에 전화해서 예약도 대시해 주고 위치도 알아서 전해 주는 등 정말 친절하고 깨끗하고 멋진 곳 입니다.
