I stayed at this place on 14/5/2024 and 15/05/2024 with my family. Pros: The premises and ambience are good for photos for instagram etc. It is located in a calm and serene evivronment. Cheaper than other hotels in the area. Cons: No wifi in rooms. We have to come down to the reception for wifi network. Broken floor tiles in room no. 107. Food was horrible and expensive. Stale bread was provided for breakfast and when it was pointed out to staff they replaced it with Poha. Breakfast was charged separately at Rs.350 per person. The billing amount was credited to Shah Alam and not the hotel. It was definitely not worth it. The location is a bit remote. The staff is not responsive or enthusiastic.

Property has no reception, no wifi, rooms are small but clean. Good ambience. Manager is good responsive. Breakfast is good but lunch is okay.

Excellent place to stay in Neil Islands. Very good and well maintained property. The food is good too. There is a beautiful garden at this property. The staff is friendly as well. Wi-Fi connectivity is available. Rooms have proper functional air conditioning system.

Loved the hospitality, ambiance is good and location is also near jetty, food is also great but the best thing is manager anoop. He guide you in every way he is a very polite and kind heart-ed you can ask him everything how many times he will gives you best answer with a smiling face

It was a nice stay at the hotel. Very quiet surroundings and very good service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very polite and helpful. The overall hospitality was great. The hotel is at walking distance to sitapur beach sunrise point which was an added benefit.

Me & my wife stayed in this family owned new resort for 1 day in february 2024. On reaching the resort, there was warm welcome from the owner, mr. Sukumar das, the owner. He had taken care of us in showing around his coconut grove, fully ripe mango fruit laden trees, seen that that we are getting our food as per our liking etc. Our super deluxe room was spacious & clean. It was relaxing to just sit on the open verandha. This propert is at a middle distance between ferry jetty and laxmanpur beach sunset point. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the company of mr. Das. He even sang a hindi song of yesudas for us. (we are malayalis. We wish him all the best and success of his simple and well maintained resort.
