In summary this property is Value for Money considering the hotel ambience, room interior, cleanliness, room space, facilities, staff behavior, help and support offered in case of any need. Hotel ambience is very nice. A very spacious lash green lawn is there where guests can sit, relax, enjoy, have snacks and dinner if they want. All rooms are like cottages. Room is clean and spacious. Basic amenities are all available. Bathrooms are clean with water heater. The behavior of the staff and management is very cordial. Guest can approach them for anything they need. All are having very helping attitude. Any help like arranging conveyance, connecting next destination hotels etc. Team Hotel always offers help if anyone is looking for. Only scope of improvements is around variety of food being offered. As of now, a very decent food service is available though the staffs always try to offer whatever maximum is possible. Andaman being destination of guests from various locations, culture, food habit – it is sometimes challenging to meet everybody’s expectation. However, hotel management mentioned that they are looking into it to improve the same. They have a plan to open a live food counter for which both guests and other visitors can use anytime. Internet / wi-fi connectivity is bit slow but this is primarily due to the overall connectivity infrastructure available within this island. BTW for Indian tourist – pls note as of now JIO is NOT available in this island.

Super resort, centrally located, with spacious rooms private beach and swimming pool, staff are polite n helpful, food is good, they offer free wifi, room service is good, Bar is not advisable as they do not have much varities. Over all good resort

I stayed at this place on 14/5/2024 and 15/05/2024 with my family. Pros: The premises and ambience are good for photos for instagram etc. It is located in a calm and serene evivronment. Cheaper than other hotels in the area. Cons: No wifi in rooms. We have to come down to the reception for wifi network. Broken floor tiles in room no. 107. Food was horrible and expensive. Stale bread was provided for breakfast and when it was pointed out to staff they replaced it with Poha. Breakfast was charged separately at Rs.350 per person. The billing amount was credited to Shah Alam and not the hotel. It was definitely not worth it. The location is a bit remote. The staff is not responsive or enthusiastic.
