訂了房開了10幾公里（打了三個電話問商家怎麼走）到前台卻告之沒房了，商家讓取消訂單自己解決酒店問題，在前台等了1個小時左右快24點了商家都沒解決，無奈衹有離開重新找酒店，到第二天訂單卻顯示己辦理入住了（真的是無語到極點了）打12315維權，商家讓撒回投訴才答應退房費…家人朋友們訂這個酒店一定要確認有沒有房，以免重重蹈我的覆轍…………

首先要説的是此店老闆人特別好，服務態度好，可以給顧客提供更多的方便，然後就是房間，温馨，舒適，乾淨，家庭式的一個單身公寓，格局特別好，阿姨很有素質的，每天都去打掃衞生，老闆人也好，網上訂購的，價格也美麗。下次到內江一定還會來這家的。就是當時沒有照圖片，離店後才來評價的，所以圖片沒有。

這家酒店沒有我之前想象中好，主要體現在服務員的服務態度太差了。給老闆發消息，老闆回的也非常慢。每次明明開的是兩天結果衹先給開一天，然後到時候了再給開另外的一天。出去吃頓飯發現門就開不開了。然後收房的時候，那個阿姨跟欠他錢似的。11點多就來收房。一直催催催。然後延遲退房，每個小時15塊錢倒也可以理解。但是那個阿姨還是過來催。我真是服了。而且這個酒店你們看這個床單都不是他們千福公寓的，就是外面套了一個白色的套。也不知道是哪個公寓撿的。大家還是不要來了。趁早倒閉吧。以後再也不去了。
