Wi-Fi – last year we scored an average of 7.5. We have introduced a second supplier and have doubled the number of Wi-Fi routers and now we have excellent coverage in all facilities.
Cleanliness – last year we scored very good 8.7. But we want to be excellent, so we have introduced new procedures, we had extra training for the cleaning staff, and we have additional equipment.
Facilities – last year we scored good .8.4 We have improved our older rooms.
Last year we had critiques of our central cooling system. Besides the central cooling/heating system this year we have installed split-systems in all the hotel rooms so that you could easily manage the room temperature that you want.
Last year we got a few suggestions for improvement of the breakfast. We have implemented them.
Overall, we are striving to deliver an exceptional experience for you – our guests, and from the bottom of our heart we thank you for you business.
PS. Number of people have asked us about the last 1969 ft of the road leading to us. The municipality has informed us that they have secured the funds and that the road will be constructed in the course of this year.

Prachtig hotel midden van de wijngaarden. Rustig gelegen. Mooie eetruimte buiten. Kamers hebben een speciale stijl maar wel erg proper. Mooie uitzichten. Eten was prima. Wijnkelder kan ook bezocht worden. Vriendelijke bediening. Supermarkt op wandelafstand

Bij de plaats Demir Kapija ligt dit hotel. Het is een prima hotel op een heuvel, in een wijngaard met een wijnproeverij. Prima kamers en bedden. De airco werkte goed. Het ontbijt niet zo uitgebreid, maar goed en voldoende. ( Ons verblijf voor 1 nacht op doorreis. )

The location and facility are very nice. However, service was terrible—＞we waited 30-40 minutes just someone to come and take an order ( it was not crowded at all) although i had went several times to remind them. When we ordered, some of our things were not brought and although not brought we had found them in the bill along with additional 2 things that were not even ordered. After we paid the bill and left we realized that the quantity of the portions were increases on the bill and we had paid more than we had ordered or had.

Prachtige locatie midden tussen de druivenvelden waar wijn van word gemaakt! Bescheiden maar goed ontbijt. Mooie kamer met kleine maar prettige badkamer. Airco is aanwezig en werkt goed. Aanrader om een wijnproeverij te doen bij het eten, is in een prachtige serre met een mooie zonsondergang! Zeker een bezoekje waard!

Un luogo incantato dove accoglienza e qualità del servizio sono alla base del soggiorno. La gestione familiare è molto attenta e premurosa. La qualità delle pietanze servite è ottima e i vini, di loro produzione, sono eccezionali. Al mattino, svegliarsi in questo angolo suggestivo ed essere accolti dal sorriso del proprietario, e dei suoi collaboratori, ti fa cominciare piacevolmente la giornata. Lo consiglio vivamente.

The best hotel in North Macedonia. Highly professional staff, very clean. The food in the restaurant is fresh and very delicious. Hotel position is perfect, in wonderful surroundings. Very positive experience.

Fabulous hotel and restaurant centred on a lovely winery in SE North Macedonia in the Tikves wine region. Wonderful food in airy restaurant, and we were lucky enough to meet the owner and be allowed up to watch sunset from the tower tasting a glass of the rose wine. Highly recommended place to stay

Een prachtig hotel, omgeven door wijngaarden. Prima ontbijt, er is de mogelijk een wijnproeverij te doen, een aanrader! Personeel weet veel van de producten, geeft graag adviezen en help je bij een goede keuze maken! Ze geven ook tips voor de omgeving. De warm pools zijn een aanrader!
