The hotel garden is great, with a swimming pool, although we didn't go swimming due to time constraints; there is also a tree house, which the children found very interesting. The only drawback is that the bed is very old and has collapsed a lot. It is recommended to replace it.

Absolutely amazing stay! The host was very accommodating and the accommodation itself was very nice and well-kept! We had booked half board and the food was great! Thank you so much for having us - would highly recommend. The area was very relaxing too.

Nous avons découvert ce petit paradis la.veille de notre départ pour sa proximité de l aéroport. Des petits bungalows dans un jardin luxuriant charmant très bien entretenu. Un espace piscine très agréable. Et surtout, l accueil du propriétaire nous a beaucoup touché. C est un homme cultivé qui est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. Un ambassadeur qui fait honneur à son pays en partageant avec nous le meilleur du Sri Lanka. Il a bati sa maison et plusieurs petits lodges tout confort, créé un superbe potager, et un jardin charmant avec cabane dans un arbre. Le tout est entretenu par son staff bien formé et discret. Les repas sont délicieux, servis avec soin sous une tonnelle spacieuse et très agréable. Ce monsieur est ravi de partager avec nous sa culture et faire de son mieux pour rendre notre voyage plus agréable (il commande les transports pour nous). Ce fut une vraie expérience de profiter de ce lieu et nous le recommandons vivement!

Great service and amazing area
Stayed at this great place with my wife and two daughters. Villa Shade has excellent service and is in an amazing calm area close to Negombo city. Walk, run or borrow bicycles to get to town or Negombo beach. Or simply stay in the clean pool within the premises, play basket or badminton.
