Very bad place to visit we were not allowed to wear our slippers and enter the premises very bad attitude with guest not place which shown on pic no tv and the owner spoke like if u dont want to stay url can go visit other place fake photos we walked into premises there was leg marks on the floor and she started screaming i dont think thats not away to speak to guess not like we are just staying for free we pay and stay do not recommend this place fake pics pls dont visit this place there are much better budget hotels in negombo even small hotel staffs have good attitude to speak not like this women

Everything 😐 We paid for the lady Host 9580LKR for an AC room + 1000 LKR for pool, but the pool we didn't use it's dirty , but she gave us a non AC room. When we Informed her, she said she will come back in an hour to do a room change, We checked in 4pm we waited until night 8pm, then when we called her she said she will return other 3000 balance just take the Non AC room, we were very disappointed. Then we decided to stay as it's dark. The next day we called her 5 times telling that we needed to check out. Then she came after one hour, we handed over the room to her and requested our room balance 3000 + 1000 pool money because we didn't use the pool it's very dirty. She yelled at us telling us that she could give only 500LKR, we couldn't believe what happened, she threatened us that she can't pay the money and she said her brother is the biggest **** here she can do anything. Then we silently left that place, coz Srilanka is a beautiful country, one person can't make it worse. This hotel is the nightmare
