Pour une première nuit à l'arrivée au Sri Lanka, les vacances s'annoncent compliquées... Nous ne sommes pas enregistrés sur le registre des réservations... difficile de se faire comprendre vu le niveau d'anglais du personnel. Mais quelques minutes suffisent à nous donner une clé de chambre. La porte s'ouvre.... l'angoisse... nous ne souhaitions pas une chambre de luxe mais juste une chambre propre. Quelle déception. La climatisation n'est pas en fonctionnement, il fait plus chaud dedans que dehors. La nuit sera très difficile compte tenu du niveau sonore de la climatisation sans parler du groupe électrogène certainement au pied de la chambre qui s'enclenche à cause des coupures de courant systématiques du pays. Les mauvaises découvertes vont s'enchainer. L'état général de la chambre, mobilier usés, les sanitaires sont sales et la douche coule à peine (après 24h de voyage, une bonne douche serait tellement appréciable). L'apothéose : le lit. Les draps sont déchirés et tachés sans parler du mur à la tête du lit, 1/2 cm de poussière collée. Bienvenu aux allergiques aux acariens ! Seul point positif, la piscine... qui elle au moins est propre. Les photos parlent d'elles-même.

Premier hôtel au Sri Lanka et malgré la fatigue difficile de dormir. Fête toute la soirée. un rafraichissement des chambres serait le bien venu. Par contre très bonne restauration le soir comme le petit déjeuner.

After an overnight flight, we were looking for a hotel to rest and relax before starting our SL 8 days Tour. Saw this on AGODa with great price and booked it for 3 families. And I think we hit a jackpot in choosing this hotel. The hotel staff, especially Kasturi at the reception is an excellent customer service person. We arrived early to the hotel and the staff immediately gave us our rooms, upon request. The rooms are basic but well maintained. however we changed one of the room as the AC was not working properly and the hotel staff handled the request promptly. The pool looks very inviting, however, be careful as it has sharp edges and you might cut yourself. The staff informed us about the pool well in advance. The breakfast is basic but served with lots of first hand service. The staff really care about continuously improving their service and seems to genuinely care about their guests having a good time, offering extra support and advice. They are always open to have a chat and happy to receive any feedback with a smile. Overall, a good and pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I am checking in 01/06/2024 @ 11:40.welcome was very good .We get 2 rooms but they are not informed about the Swimming Pool so very worst . On the same day some guests in the house were faced with the same thing that happened at night no one responded about our injury.Reception colleagues have failed to contact property owners or who is a responsibility on this property.Please billion time things before you book this property and use the pool. Thank you.

Friendly staff, nice food. The staff really care about continuously improving their service and seems to genuinely care about their guests having a good time, offering extra support and advice. They are always open to have a chat and happy to receive any feedback with a smile. Super comfortable bed and good size rooms. 10 mins walk from nice beaches and restaurants. I felt like home with a nice balance between a friendly atmosphere and relaxing privacy.
