Me encanto todo. Las instalaciones bien. La piscina limpia y se podia usar sin problema. El personal del hotel y sobre todo el camarero super amables. Sirven alcohol. En cuanto a la habitación , grande ,comoda y calentita.

Abwasser läuft aus Toiletten Frühstück ist sehr schlecht. Keine Getränke. Es wird auch nicht gefragt ob man etwas trinken möchte. Abendessen ist auch nicht gut. Zum trinken gibt es nur Wasser oder Bier.

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner à cet hôtel récemment et j'en suis ressortie agréablement surpris. Le service était impeccable et surtout, la propreté des lieux était irréprochable. Le patron était vraiment au top, attentif et chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à quiconque cherche un séjour agréable à Nefza !

Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel pas mal lors de notre escale. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, literie confortable. L'extérieur est magnifique, verdure bien entretenu, belle piscine. Le personnel est accueillant et aimable rien à dire. Le dîner est servi autour de la piscine le soir ce qui est très plaisant, et le petit déjeuner est correct avec salés, sucrés et bon café. NB: j'enlève un point pour la salle de bain que nous avons trouvé un peu détériorée par rapport au reste, avec chasse d'eau défectueuse.

Très bon emplacement entouré de montagnes et pas loin du lac de Nefza. Personnel souriant, accueillant et amical. Chambres jolies et propres. Nourriture à la carte de bonne qualité et un chef aux petits soins. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter la Côte nord ouest. Propreté en général : correct Manque d'entretien dans certaines chambres : chasse d'eau, fuite robinet, serrure porte... Repas du soir à la carte : choix, présentation , qualité et quantité sont au rendez-vous. De plus, le serveur est un pro ! Petit déjeuner : pendant notre séjour, le buffet n'etait pas ré-alimenté au fur et à mesure : il fallait demander au serveur qui était plus occupé par son portable que par son service. Seulement le café et le lait étaient proposés comme boisson Accueil : personnel souriant, discret mais présent si besoin.
