Sunday carvery was very disappointing - stone cold yorkshire puddings and luke warm cabbage We asked a waitress for the dessert menu and was told they dont have them she then went to the dessert cabinet and shouted across to us what was in it one member of our group was given the dessert she asked for and was told to pay on the way out then the waitress walked away without asking anyone else what they wanted !! When we eventually got the attention of another member of staff she said we couldnt have dessert unless we paid upfront and got a ticket for it by this time we were fed up of the complete lack of organisation and customer service so decided to leave without desserts. Our family member finished her dessert under the watchful eye of the staff at the door who were obviously worried we were going to leave without paying for it which obviously was not the case . Needless to say we will not be back nor will we recommend .

Went for evening meal booked table 5 days in advance as eating at 6.30pm Friday Night Soup arrived with small portion of bread very tasty Garlic mushrooms the mushrooms where nicely cooked with cream garlic sauce however extra portions of bread were ordered 4.00 charge for plain crusty bread.this being the only downside. Friendly staff quite atmosphere Main meal lamb shoulder plenty of meat Nicely cooked with vegetables And served hot ( Unlike other restaurants ) Served by very friendly staff. 10% service charge was added to the bill which is not clear in the menu But as we normally give £5.00 this made no difference BOOKED AGAIN FOR FRIDAY SAME TIME

Sunday carvery was excellent and very busy. Food constantly topped up, and take away option available. If any downside, the furniture could be updated. Payment in advance was required but a reduced price OAP was good value. Probably a once in a holiday visit.

Quiet location, clean, rooms had all the basics , close to amenities, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, good dining options and lively sports bar

I was on a walking holiday with a friend and we stayed and ate at the Nanhoron Arms at the end of a long day's walking. The staff were welcoming and efficient, the the rooms spotless. The hotel is in the centre of this small town, a short walk to shops and the lovely beach. The restaurant was fairly small, and noise levels through the roof - the accoustics amplifying the sound of the full space. Food and service was fine though, despite the staff being extremely busy. Apart from that one point, it was a very good experience.

Solo on my motorcycle Needed somewhere to put my head down The room was fabulous, the food was even better Incredible value for money, I can’t recommend this place enough 👏👏👏
