Great location. Check in was a little challenging because of only 1 computer working, however, the front desk did an excellent job to accommodate everyone checking in. Room was on the top floor on the end, very quiet. Parking was a little challenging because of construction, and a concert, but did find parking. Breakfast was very good. Would stay here again.

Will not return. Door very hard to shut in room, faucet handles leaked, dirty/rusty shower bar, NO hand soap for washing hands!!!, safe broken, chair squeaky. Pro : you can walk into town Front desk afternoon gal wore a very wrinkled shirt which to me doesn’t show professionalism.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a great experience. The view from my room was amazing, and the staff was very accommodating. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers.

Poor Wendy at the front desk all alone checking in numerous guests . The TV in my 1st room was secure to the wall but very loose . My 3rd weekend here and it is always noisy from the hallway. There is a lot of space around the door that allows noise and lighting . All of the people that work here are really nice, but the rooms are not .

I will always stay at the doubletree when visiting my family - Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and everything was working as expected. This hotel has a ton going for it!!! I am sure they will remain a successful cornerstone of downtown Neenah's hotel needs for years and years to come.

Perfect location and beds were comfy which is very important. But, this hotel could be so much more with a little sprucing up. Staff was accommodating and we loved the complimentary cookie. Right next door to a brewery and a bourbon bar! Thanks

Very good location. Close to historical downtown, business, both the Small Lake and Winnebago walking distance through nice residential area, representative for the region. Friendly staff, big rooms, comfy beds. Special thanks to Joe foe attending our needs at breakfast, made us feel welcome. We’ll choose again when we travel again. Bianca

I've stayed in a lot of hotels/motels in my 70 years but I have never not had a shower curtain in the bathroom when I arrived until we got here. It wasn't until after they had brought us a shower curtain that my wife discovered that we didn't have wash clothes either. Then we found a dirty bath towel on the closet floor. Fixtures are old. Drains are very slow. Breakfast is not included. All these combine to justify the Poor rating. I won't stay here again in spite of its convenient location to family members that we visit frequently.
