We chosen many hotels through different online platforms while traveling in entire South india since last 12 years. This is the worst and pathetic hotel in my experience. The wash room and WC was looks someone is used just before of our arrival. Towels will not be provided unless we ask for it. Then the towels which provided later, seems as 'wasroom wiping dusters' !!! .As per my complaint to the staff for rectifying the TV which was not working since the check in time itself; the staff had came to see and told me he will rectify this but till our check out time, the TV was not functioned. The water was not available in the taps during night. I waited at the reception to find a person to report this but no one was available during the night. They have provided the Wi-Fi but it was not worked till our checkout.The hot water is also not available. Very poor service!!!.No lift in this hotel; should carry heavy bags by ourselves to the top floors. For 1700/-, Excellent service oriented hotels are available nearby but unfortunately I booked this hotel as a last option since unavailability of rooms in other hotels; through fallen to this since all the good hotels are full already.I don't know how this worst hotel listed in '***********' and 'makemytrip' etc. Whenever I come to Kochin airport, I used to stay hotel Anna residency ; One of the budget hotel of same tariff of Reem hotel, is far better than this.Please look in to this matter as seriously to prevent other guests also falling in this terrible hotel through "Make my trip".

The rooms were terrible, not as per the pictures. The hygiene standards were worst i have ever come across in my life. There was a gutter smell in the room and couldn’t sleep the whole night. The blanket provided when opened had 6 strands of hair of the previous guests. I had to rest for just few hours before i could catch a flight. Thus didnt make any fuss about it. Simply, rested and left as early as possible.
