I don't understand why this hotel has such a high rating..they also write that there is supposedly a free transfer from/to the airport, I read the reviews and booked this hotel, but the transfer was not provided (at night for a solo woman this is extremely impossible)..the bed is very uncomfortable, the pillows are like stone..There is a hotel nearby with a transfer and a comfortable bed for almost the same price..The only thing I liked was the friendly manager at the reception..

It was great experience with very polite staff and amazing room with view, we also got dining table and balcony, but at night ac started making noise which was not good, but next day staff very politely on it again for us and let us stay in room even after check out. Main problem was ants, which covered our food bag, but overall experience was nice. Breakfast was also nice and heavy, we loved it.

Booked for 3 adults, but only a double bed is provided. When shown the booking details they replied that they will not provide an additional bed. If needs an additional bed i had to pay additional amount, moreover, no tea, or breakfast is provided. It is a horrible experience for our family
