Mooi nieuw prachtig hotel met detail voor materialen en afwerking. Zoals de mode nu is, de gewelven zijn zichtbaar in de kamer., elk zijn smaak. Voor een 4⭐️ hotel is het jammer dat er geen gratis fles water in de kamer aanwezig is. Je hebt twee cups voor koffie, je drinkt een kopje bij aankomst na een lange reis, maar jammer genoeg heb je dan niets meer de morgen erop. Dit terwijl je toch +~200 euro per kamer betaald

Zeer aangenaam hotel. Mooie ruime geluidsdichte kamers met airco, koffiezettoestel, kluisje,... Zeer goede bedden. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. De beveiligde fietsstalling is voorzien van veel stopcontacten zodat je ter plaatse je fietsbatterij kan opladen. En niet te vergeten: zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij verbleven er met een groep en iedereen was zeer tevreden over het hotel, het ontbijt, de maaltijden, personeel, enz.. Een hotel waar ik ten gepaste tijde alleszins nog eens terugga.

Our party of seven checked in late at 2am. At 8.30am we were all rudely awakened by heavy drilling directly above us. I went down to speak to reception. I was rudely told that it was out of their hands and not their problem! No apology and neither would they ask the workmen to reduce the noise until a little later. I asked to speak to the manager and was informed that there was no manager onsite. The receptionist was extremely rude and made no attempt to rectify the situation in anyway. There was no offer off a late checkout, a refund, free breakfast, apology or an attempt to contact the manager. I wasn’t even advised on how to complain. After returned to the reception there was a number of people also complaining. If this is their idea of customer service then I’d avoid.

Peaceful, well laid out spaces in our room and in the hotel generally. REALLY Comfortable furniture - all of it, chairs, stools, beds, all great! Staff were the best, so helpful with breakfast, ordering taxis, advice and information etc. Loved the little things too, like the plug and USB inside the safe - fabulous for leaving a device to charge while at breakfast or in the bar.
