Following a 4-day delay without my reservation date, I was told at check-in that there would be a 30% discount. After waiting 15 minutes, the manager did not change the price initially reserved, even though they should have warned me. No customer concerns, not even a free breakfast, rubbish for a hotel that has only been open for 2 years. We wanted to try it out to send our professional staff there. Well, we will continue to frequent the Van der Valk hotel chain, which is much better in every way. A big disappointment, we will not be back and will give it bad publicity. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in this environment.

Normaal goed hotel maar laatste verblijf niet zo
Heb er al verschillende malen gelogeerde en alles was altijd in orde. Behalve tijdens mijn laatste verblijf merkte ik dat de frigo op de kamer niet werkte. Heb dit drie maal op drie dagen gemeld aan de receptie maar er is van de technische dienst geen actie ondernomen. Dat is wel heel spijtig voor dit hotel! Op het verdiep boven mijn kamer logeerden mensen die het nodig vonden om elke avond enorm veel lawaai te maken. Lopen, springen en meubelen verschuiven begon als de normale werkmens ongeveer wil gaan slapen. Hiervan ook de receptie op de hoogte gebracht, die waren gekend met het probleem maar konden er blijkbaar niet veel aan doen.
