Port Talbot

Perfect if you have a need to stay in Port Talbot. Was really busy and popular but in a good way. No impact to our stay. Room was really fresh and modern, super clean and great staff. Thank you.

Had a great night sleep, the bed was so comfortable, stayed in a family room, was perfect for us while we were away from home visiting family, i am allready looking for our next trip in blackpool at there premier inn, these hotels will be my go to from now on, had a great experience

Fan provided but did absolutely nothing. No cot bed provided despite us requesting one. The whole experience was ruined by the warmth of the room though.

5 stars for staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodated additional requirements. Even promptly posted items I had left behind in my hotel room. 5 stars for cleanliness and functionality of the room, including a comfortable bed. 3 stars for the inability to regulate the temperature in the room. It was very warm, even with a fan. In cooler months this is a perfect place to stay.

Being a Port Talbot boy (Baglan)- I wanted to stay near a relative..but not with them! Room was spot on other than a bit of foot stomping from the room above at about 10:30 at night. Shower great,bed spot on…all clean. Very,very friendly staff- not over familiar, but a lovely,genuine, warm welcome. We would stay here on every visit back to South Wales without doubt. 30 seconds from the M4…. with NO motorway noise! Thank you Premier Inn Baglan 🙏🏻

Stayed here on a Sunday night as I had been visiting friends staying in Port Talbot,have stayed here about 6 times,always very friendly and the rooms are spotless and the beds so comfortable,with loads of pillows. Stay in the annex if you can,the main part overlooks the Beefeater restaurant and there is music playing outside till 11.30 pm,beware rooms next to the doors as everytime someone opens the door it closes automatically and is noisy at all hours. The hotel is within a short car ride to Aberafan beach which is great for a walk and coffee whatever time of the year.

As expected for a premier inn, basic with all necessities. Clean on the surface but old and run down giving it a grim feeling. Dirty carpet, dark stuffy feel to room. Great service, friendly people, convenient if you need to be in this location but felt very expensive for location and general level of accommodation

I always cone back to this Premier Inn when I need to stay locally. I know exactly what I will get - friendly and helpful staff , clean room and plenty of tea and coffee available - a peaceful night's sleep included!
