Would not stay here ever again
The place had closed down a few months prior and we had not been made aware so when we arrived it was closed. We had to find accommodation elsewhere for a higher price.

We had the pleasure of being served and waited on by Ben Harris who was a delight and really made our night, myself and the girls were looking for a quiet cheap Xmas dinner and my god did we hit the jackpot, food was stunning the service impeccable and the venue was very clean and tidy, couldn't ask for any more, will definitely be back.

A Christmas and birthday dinner out for family and friends. My mother's 75th birthday was meant to be really special. Lots of items on menu not available. Overcooked vegetables weren't a positive either. Following day fealt nauseous. Overnight and next two days violently sick with dysentery. Rang mother and her friend today only to hear they were very ill at the same time. We have NOROVIRUS! Dirty filthy business here. Stay well clear.

First night there was a nightmare. An 80's disco was on below the room till the early hours which made it very difficult to rest. They should not be renting out rooms whilst this kind of event is on, unless you want to actually go to the disco. Piles of used towels left outside the room whilst I was there. Clump of someone else's hair in the bath outlet. Struggled with the TV. A member of staff helped me the first night, but next night it just went off and that was it, after a brief powercut. No breakfast on offer either day. On my last day I was hoping to leave my luggage whilst waiting several hours for the train in Neath with not much open due to being Sunday, but noone was around at 10am. Second night was quieter thank God...On the plus side the bed and pillows were comfortable and staff were pretty friendly, the room and bathroom a fair size, but overall it was poor value for money at £70 per night. The hotel was chaotic and the noise was extreme on one night. Air B&B for me next time...
