This place used to be nice and affordable. But the owner has gotten very greedy. He hasn't fixed nor updated a single thing. He only cares about the pool which is super nice. The bed mattresses are hard as a rock. There are mosquitoes and ants everywhere. Especially in the kitchen. Old towels and sheets. The garden is totally abandoned. Not a single cent invested in anything. The outdoor furniture is at least 15 years old and the lounge chairs so worn ur a@@ is on the metal. Yet he is charging 240 per night? Really? No.

Επισκέφτηκα το κατάλυμα karayiannis villas την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα μας υποδέχθηκε ο κύριος Αντώνης με ευγένεια Το σπιτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο με εκπληκτική θεα που έβλεπε όλο το Ναύπλιο ! Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη αλλά λόγο της εποχης κρύο το νερό για να κολυμπήσουμε Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας είχε αφήσει στην κουζίνα πρωινό που αποτελούνταν από φρυγανιές με βούτυρο και μαρμελάδες και νερά , ζάχαρη και καφε .. Η βίλα αποτελούνταν από δυο υπνοδωμάτια και δυο μπάνια καθαρά με ζεστό νερό . Όσο για την κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και μπορουσες να μαγειρέψεις ! Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω σιγουρα στο μέλλον το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

The accommodation it's self is pretty good , it has a rustic vibe. Two comfortable bedrooms - one with a built-in screen around it with sliding doors ( thin frosted glass) perhaps not the best idea for children 😨 The kitchen is outdated and is in need of update - a crappy small mini oven ? ! 😕 Is a let down considering how much per night ,( can't update to a modern digital built-in oven) ... The bathroom is basic - yet the shower curtain was out of the ark ( old and faded). No wardrobe in either of the bedrooms yet a shared built in wardrobe in-between the hall and bathroom. A pretty view of the valley and sourounding hills but very remote , a car is a NESSESATY as the walking distance to the small village is at least 2 miles it's a hike . And the village doesn't offer enough not worth the hike , bleak is not the word. As for the owner - his attitude was calm and kind in the beginning , although entering the property yard from the back gate with NO warning what so ever ( Hello!!,) Was a little invasive especially if your sunbathing . And towards the end of the stay no clean sheets or towels were offered or given. In all the cleanliness was not the best hence a moldey coffee machine and damp smelling kitchen units. Clearly the maids don't do much😕 Rating out of 10 7,10

Πολύ ωραίο μέρος για να ηρεμήσεις ένα πσκ ή και παραπάνω. Στα αρνητικά στην τετράκλινη σουίτα-δωμάτιο εκτός από το διπλό κρεβάτι τα υπόλοιπα δυο μόνα κρεβάτια είναι ράντζο κακής ποιότητας και δεν συνάδει με την τιμή, το έδαφος στην πισίνα έχει υποχώρηση και είναι επικίνδυνο να χτυπήσεις τα πόδια σου, τα αιρ-κοντίσιον είναι πολύ παλιά και δεν είναι εύκολα όσο αφορά την χρυσή τους οι ξαπλώστρες είναι κακής ποιότητας όπως και οι καρέκλες στην πισίνα . Η πρόσβαση είναι δύσβατη διότι έχει πέσει τσιμέντο και όχι άσφαλτος σε έδαφος το οποίο έχει μεγάλη κλήση. Επίσης υπάρχει κοινόχρηστη ντουλάπα και για τα δυο δωμάτια εκτός δωματίων και όχι μέσα στα δωμάτια για άνετη χρυσή της. Το σπίτι γενικότερα φαίνεται παρατημένο. Στα θετικά είναι μια πολύ ήρεμη τοποθεσία 15 λεπτά από το Ναύπλιο με απεριόριστη θέα και σχετικά καθαρό κατάλυμα. Πολύ καλή πισίνα όσο αφορά το μέγεθος, και σχεδόν καθόλου σκιά σε όλο το μήκος και πλάτος του κήπου-πισίνας. Ο ιδιοκτήτης τυπικός και δεν αφήνει περιθώρια για πολλά πολλά
