The room is really spacious, bright, clean, and has a large balcony. The house is in a great location, with many buses nearby, and it's very close, just 300 meters away. In addition, the prices nearby are extremely low, and it's very convenient to eat.

The hotel was sleek. I like the minimalist style of the hotel. Looks very new. The receptions area was bright and shiny. Classy. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and a swimming pool (do not know if you can swim in the summer). It is not that big. From the rooftop you can see the parthenon. It was nice! The staff there are friendly and helpful. The food is okay and drinks were good though hotel price as we all know, is pricey. The room was spacious enough but they had no telephone to use to call the receptions if ever you need anything. However, I like that they had a nespresso. The location though is not that near to Plaka and Acropolis. It’s almost more than a kilometer away but it’s a straight line. If you are a walker, that would be a good warm up. They could call you a cab any time and they had all the information that we needed. Downside: Elevator was slow and noise from the hallway and the road could easily be heard. Wish they would do something to make the rooms sound proof.

Fresh layout, natural and convenient transportation

I was there for three days with family the hotel very safe, and the room is big and very clean, the breakfast is internation buffet, it was amazing. the stuff was. helpful and they made quicker check in, and they give me late checkout, the location is very close to acropolis and to the busy area I was forgotten 1700 USD.in the safe box. and the manager he holds it and keep. that I was very glad for what they do, I am very recommend it. defiantly I will back again

The room is clean and tidy, we love the privacy of the apartment. Staff is very responsible! He stayed late and wait till we arrive for the check in. All necessities are nice, we love the bed as its big and cosy. We had very nice sleep during our stay!

Did not get a king bed but got a twin bed instead. Execllent facilities. Love the heated indoor pool the most. It comes with hot and cold jacuzzi. Gym is well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast is nice with decent spread. Room sizes are inconsistent. Same price, but some with bigger space and some are smaller. Mine is extremely small and even have to walk sideways like a crab to get into my bathroom. Disappointed that for this Grand Hyatt, there is no dental kit provided. Also no toilet seat bidet.

A highly recommended hotel. Check-in and check-out are self-service, which is more efficient. Although communication can only be done through email, problems are solved very quickly, such as adding bedding, etc. If manual service is needed, someone will come to the room quickly. For example, debugging the bathtub. Convenient transportation, food and drink.

The hotel is well located, just outside of main city centre bustle. Bus stop and hop on/off tourist bus points right on the doorstep, and a 5-10 minutes walk to nearest metro station. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the view of the Acropolis was insane!

Great hotel! Breakfast is on the top floor. The 270-degree large glass window offers a panoramic view of the city! The room is large and has many USB charging sockets! ! ! Super convenient, good service, and the price is 2/3 cheaper than the five-star next door! I will choose this hotel again in the future! 👍
