Es war mein erster All-inclusive-Urlaub und ich wurde definitiv nicht enttäuscht. Das komplette Hotelpersonal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Es wurde sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung gelegt. In puncto Nachhaltigkeit könnten sie sicherlich noch etwas mehr machen, aber natürlich schwierig, wenn Gäste von vorne bis hinten bedient werden wollen und hohe Ansprüche haben. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Anreise war es noch sehr ruhig aufgrund der wenigen Gäste, aber im Laufe der Woche kamen deutlich mehr Gäste (hauptsächlich Familien mit kleinen Kindern) dazu. Wer also absolute Ruhe braucht, sollte sich ein Adults-Only-Hotel suchen. Für die Kids gab es jeden Abend ca. 30 Minuten Mini-Disco. Aber es gab auch Aktivitäten für Erwachsene wie (Pool-)Yoga, Pilates, Tennis, etc. Fitness-Studio und Spa-Bereich waren auch schön und sauber. Das Essen war lecker und sehr einladend gestaltet. Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Vor allem das Tzatziki hat uns überzeugt 😁. Die Getränke-Auswahl war auch sehr groß und die Cocktails allesamt lecker. Ein großer Dank geht an Nina von der Pool-Bar, die uns schon von weitem gesehen hat und unseren Lieblings-Drink quasi schon fertig zubereitet hatte, bis wir an der Bar ankamen. Das nenne ich mal Service 😍 Sie hat uns unseren Aufenthalt im Potidea Palace nochmal verbessert mit ihrer freundlichen und aufgeschlossen Art. Ein großes Lob an das Personal allgemein - wenn ich die Möglichkeit habe, würde ich definitiv nochmal in dieses schöne Hotel ☺️

I highly recommend this hotel. With my wife and 5yo daughter we experienced excellent time. Rooms are ok, as it should be. All stuff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very tasty, every day something different. Especially recommend for travelers with children. Animators did amazing job, they are always very nice to children and parents. Every day interesting activity was prepared for kids. Thank you to every of animators for your great care.

Our holiday was just perfect. We are very delighted and the kids had great moments with the animators Niko, Loui and Veronica. The rooms are very clean and the food is perfect and very delicious. The sea is very clean and calm. The cocktails are various and included in the all inclusive.

My stay was unique. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and extremely beautiful. The staff is kind and always helpful. The food is extremely delicious and when you are on all-inclusive sometimes you overdo it hahah, but they thought of that too. Every morning there is a different activity - yoga, pilates stretching, body fit. Veronica, who leads these activities, is incredible. She is always smiling and charges you with positive energy for the whole day. It is obvious that she loves her job. The atmosphere during these hours is unique. Our leader adapts the exercises to everyone's level. The animators were also very kind and good to the guests. Every evening they prepared a mini disco and entertained everyone. All the activities were very interesting. Perhaps my favorite was the Greek lesson. The lifeguard at the pool also made a good impression on me. He greeted everyone in the morning, he was always smiling and good-natured. Once I jumped into the pool and he didn't even yell at me, but politely explained that he would have to kick me out of the pool if I did it again. Overall, I am very satisfied. A place for a pleasant rest and relaxation

Nous avons passé une semaine début mai dans cet hôtel et ce fut une expérience absolument formidable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par la bienveillance et le professionnalisme de toute l’équipe, toujours à l’écoute et souriante. Un merci tout particulier aux femmes du spa, dont la douceur et le savoir-faire nous ont permis de vivre de vrais moments de détente. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très confortables, idéales pour se reposer après une journée au soleil. Côté restauration, le buffet est excellent, varié, frais, et renouvelé chaque jour – on ne s’en lasse pas ! La plage privée est très agréable, bien aménagée et parfaite pour profiter du soleil en toute tranquillité. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour que l’on puisse vivre une semaine de pur bonheur et de détente. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle parenthèse. Un séjour parfait en dépit d'un soleil contraignant. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage et de la piscine au calme avec l'accompagnement du Club enfant. Oliwia, Weronika, Tomi et Louis ont enchanté nos enfants (12/10/6) avec les multiples activités (créatives, sportives, ludiques ..) et la mini disco ! Un grand merci à l'équipe pour leur disponibilité, leur sourire et pour les souvenirs gravés dans le coeur de nos enfants! Amélie et Hervé

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen, toller Strand! Der Erholungsfaktor hat sich direkt am ersten Tag eingestellt. Wir hatten das beste Zimmer, mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Das Essen im a la carte Restaurant war hervorragend!
