More than 30 euros and 10 dollars were stolen from the room. I complained to the hotel through Ctrip, but the hotel refused to admit it, saying there was no security surveillance video. In the end, Ctrip compensated me with more than 100 yuan. This hotel is a theft hotel and is very unsafe.

J'ai réservé une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes dans un bâtiment récent en décembre 2024, il y a donc 7 mois. A mon arrivée, on m'affecte 2 chambres doubles dans l'ancien bâtiment. Ces chambres sont très vieilles et dégradées . Je signale donc que ce n'est pas ce que j'ai réservé et on me répond que toutes les chambres familiales sont déjà occupées et que l'hôtel est complet. On me propose alors 2 autres chambres tout aussi vétustes que les précédentes. J'aurais accepté si les chambres proposées étaient d'un niveau équivalent à celle réservées mais ce n'est pas le cas. Cet hôtel fait du surbooking sur les belles chambres pour refiler les vieilles ! C'est scandaleux ! Je n'ai reçu aucun dédommagement.

Very nice hospitality. Very nice. Polite staff. Clean and comfortable with their facilities. The only minus is that after check out. you couldn't sit in the pool, they said because of new arrivals!

The last 3 nights of our round trip we stayed at this hotel about 30 kilometers from Athens and near the International airport. They are in the process of renovating and upgrading the hotel. As it looks like this was not just luxury but also necessary. It did give a little bit of disturbance but overall it was a fine hotel. We did have rooms at the front side of the hotel. We could see the sea from our hotel balcony, but at the same time the view just in front of the hotel wasn't great. A few old buildings and piles of rubbish at an empty plot in front of the hotel. The boulevard of Nea Makri was only 100 meters away with lots of restaurants. The pool at the hotel was nice and clean. There was a bar were you could order all kind of drinks. Next to the hotel there was free parking area. The owner and the other employees were very kind and helpful.

Super cute hotel with amazing location! Don’t be turned off by the renovations! When we first entered the lobby I was skeptical as renovations were in full swing, but we got one of the renovated rooms and it was so nice! The beds are comfortable, there was a little kitchenette area, and indoor pool with sauna. We rode the bikes along the coast line and it was magical. The views from the beach are beautiful with plenty of eating places. Love this location! We arrived early from the airport and they allowed us to store our luggage while we went to explore and then let us in the room as soon as it was ready, a couple hours early no charge. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Wat een service en heerlijk hotel! We werden door de eigenaar midden in de nacht opgehaald van het vliegveld. Waar maak je dat nog mee! We verbleven in het gerenoveerde gedeelte met een ruim balkon, goede bedden, 2 badkamers met ruime inloopdouches en een ruim voldoende keukentje. Ligging is top! Alles op loopafstand van strand, tot restaurants en winkeltjes. Echt een aanrader en zouden zeker terug komen. Al is het maar voor de super lieve mensen.

Disgusting, dirty not what they advertise. I can understand they are under renovation, they didn’t even excuse them self or apologise for the situation. Room not finish cables hanging from roof and walls, towels dirty, bedding dirty, blankets smelly. We took our things and the lady at the desk didn’t look like she was surprise. When I explained the situation she told me about a new billing nearby if we will like to have a look. We had already book an Airbnb. An apology was going to make a difference. The price was extremely high!!!

Es war nicht das, was das Profil des Hotels versprochen hat. Das ist zwar sicher grundsätzlich richtig. Aber derzeit wird alles renoviert oder neu gebaut. Viele Einrichtungen des Hotels stehen nicht oder nur eingeschränkt zur Verfügung. Vor dem Haus türmt sich Baustellenabfall.. Das Restaurant war nicht geöffnet. Und im Neubau war vieles noch nicht fertig. Es ist ja gut, wenn renoviert wird. Aber das sollte der Gast doch vor der Buchung wissen, damit man sich darauf einstellen kann.
