Unbearable Noise, Unsafe Atmosphere, and No Refund!** I had booked a 5-night stay at this hotel but could only endure one night before leaving early due to the terrible conditions. The noise outside from planes was nonstop, making sleep impossible. On top of that, young men were screaming, running down the hallways, and banging on doors late into the night. I called the front desk multiple times around midnight, but no one answered. I felt unsafe and was too scared to even leave my room. I left after the first night and requested a refund for the remaining 4 nights, but the hotel refused to reimburse me, despite the unlivable conditions and lack of proper security. The management showed no concern for the comfort or safety of their guests. Few bus stops away is the actual prison, that nobody mentions in the reviews. I would never recommend this place—horrible service, unsafe environment, and no accountability. Stay away! Attached the plane proximity photo and unfortunately audio files are not accepted here to show the noise you can hear from the room

Hotel mal insonorisé, quartier pas terrible, petit déjeuner horrible le seul atout, sa situation, pres du port et de l'aéroport. Parking annoncé, seulement 3 places . Ne parle pas francais. Literie confortable, chambre propre. Personnel agréable

Hôtel tout neuf, accueillant, par contre le quartier pas terrible, l’hôtel donne sur une rue sans issue donc calme de ce côté là, par contre prévoir ses bouchons d’oreille car les avions atterrissent et décollent juste au dessus de l’hôtel. Donc effectivement très près de l’aéroport. 3 Places de parking devant.

Sinceramente per la grande vicinanza all' aeroporto , la gentilezza dello staff ho avuto un ottima esperienza. La stanza tra l' altro è abbastanza grande e dispone addirittura di un secondo piano dove volendo potevano dormire altre due persone . Sinceramente per soggiorni brevi e temporanei lo consiglio vivamente. Grande gentilezza dello staff per ogni nostra richiesta

Tout était très bien compte-tenu de nos attentes. En transit à Heraklion pour retourner à l'aéroport (enregistrement à 5h du matin), nous avons été très agréablement surpris. Hôtel très propre, à 5 mn de l'aéroport en voiture. Pas trop dérangé par le bruit des avions. Chambre pour 4 ultra confortable (un grand lit au 1er niveau et un grand lit confortable au 2ème niveau). Personnel très gentil qui nous a proposé de commander un taxi pour le lendemain. Un seul bémol, pas vraiment du fait de l'hôtel mais nous devions nous lever à 4h30 du matin pour partir à l'aéroport et une famille ultra bruyante qui parlait très fort à son arrivée (ou départ ? ) à l'hôtel à 2h du matin. La nuit n'a donc pas été très reposante. Sinon, pas grand chose à redire.

If you need a pleasant and reasonable place to stay on your way to the airport in Heraklion, Crete - you will enjoy this hotel. It is not a high-end facility, but the staffers are very helpful and the rooms are pleasant. It will take you 30 minutes to walk, leisurely, to the city center - or you will need to take a taxi. It is a very convenient taxi ride to the airport.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night... The hotel is extremely clean and very comfortable... The staff is super friendly... The only negative point is the noise from the planes... it is very close to the airport... Excellent hotel for a short stay....

This hotel was absolutely beautiful inside. Rooms are fabulous.. The buffet breakfast is wonderful on top of the roof with terrace. The staff was wonderful.. They recommend a neighbor restaurant Sofa within 15 minutes walking distance. I had spaghetti Bolognese was fabulous. I only stayed one night. They held my luggage and found me a taxi ride for $70 euros to chania which took less time then taking the bus. I hope to come back to this hotel and stay there longer to explore heraklion more. I sent them a post card from my home town to thank them
