Посмотрела фотографии на сайте, почитала отзывы, выбрала данный отель. На сайте букинг была информация о том, что отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер. В переписке представитель отеля запросил 25$ за трансфер, по прибытию в отель - 45$. При бронировании была одна цена на номер, по приезду в «отель» +15$ к прайсу. По факту привезли нас в «гетто». Было страшно за свою безопасность. Завели в темный подъезд, поднялись на лифте. Оказалось, что это не отель, а квартира с 4 комнатами. Очень маленький. Если вылезти из окна, то видно кусочек пирамиды и стройка. Номера все пыльные и грязные. Завтрак готовила женщина в каком-то чулане, где одновременно и готовят и хранят грязное белье. Как удалось прилично сфотографировать номера и «отель» - осталось загадкой для меня. Ожидание/реальность не совпали от слова совсем. Не рекомендую!!!!

I do not recommend
The rooms are nice and comfortable. We found the day staff and manager to be very polite, friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the full complimentary breakfast in the morning. The biggest issue arrose at night when the night staff decided to spend the entire night assembling furniture for an event on the floor directly above us. They were also in our hallway dragging construction materials
from the elevator just a few meters from our door. We spent the entire night awake and complained three times to the night manager who did not care at all and simply yelled at us in Arabic. He did nothing to change the situation. We left early the next morning to catch our flight sleep deprived and exhausted. We will not be staying there again.

Good, quick stay
I live in the MENA region and wanted to take a last minute weekend getaway. Pyramids Tower had availability and they're good for quick stays. The staff were nice, accommodating and attentive. The standard room with city view is bare bones basic, but has everything you need, and is reasonably priced. Though there is smoking allowed in the hotel, I never smelled it in my room. Wifi is fast and reliable. The elevator works well and was always available when I needed it. The complimentary breakfast was a typical Egyptian spread and plentiful. There are wonderful views of the pyramids from the dining area, which is what I was there for; it was nice to see every morning. I had no trouble getting an Uber from the location and it was easy to find for my tour guides. I learned after the fact that there was a complimentary airport shuttle, but again, this was a last minute booking for me. Would recommend for quick stays for travelers that aren't high maintenance.

The hotel staff, particularly Asmaa at the reception, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any queries made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a variety of delicious options to fuel our days of adventure. The hotel's restaurant also served scrumptious meals, complementing the overall dining experience. We highly recommend the Pyramids Tower Inn to anyone visiting Cairo. It's the ideal base to explore the ancient wonders of Egypt, and the warm hospitality of the staff will make your trip even more memorable.

The most brilliant view of the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant - and the food! I defy you to complete the delicious banquet meal provided, which is included in the rate. The rooms and bed are comfortable, the water is hot and plentiful, and the staff (particularly Omar at the front desk) do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your stay. We loved it!!

Since the moment we arrived at the airport we were welcome by Omar, he was really friendly and respectful once we got to the hotel which is 40 min from the airport was really nice and quiet, the first morning we had our free breakfast on the roof top with an AMAZING view of the pyramids 😍 not to mention all the staff there were really nice and friendly. The owner give us some tips on different things and what to do this and that but we have already booked our tours. Not to mention Ali was extremely nice, friendly, funny and cooperative, we wanted to have a memorable dinner our last nite and took us to an amazing roof top restaurant with the pyramids on display. Anyways my whole trip stay at the hotel was spectacular. I can definitely recommend a pleasant stay in Giza. Thank you everyone who make me feel like home and keep up the good work. ☺️😉
