It is right in front of the entrance on the Sphinx side of the pyramid, and you can see the lights at night from the rooftop terrace. I can't say it was clean, but the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. After booking the hotel, I received an invitation to pick up from the airport and I replied asking for it, but I never received a reply after that, so I booked it myself. I asked for a hair dryer at the front desk and was told it would be brought, but it never came.

TOTALLY A SCAM, AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. We booked a double room with pyramids view but we got a room without any windows eventually. Asked them the reason but got full of excuses like one said our booking system has some issues so there is a double booking and the other said the room you booked caught fire before we came so it is not available. Then I told them we spent more on this room type but we had been downgraded, so please refund us the price difference. However, they insisted on not refunding us. What a ridiculous hotel, we have travelled to many countries before and never had this problem, but happened in Egypt this time. Worst hotel and experience ever.

It was really great and pleasant stay Hospitality was great Happily they had elevator Room was clean and I could see the pyramid from the room Welcome drink with pyramid view was also great Breakfast was the full course menu with a huge volume and definitely beat the pyramid and spinxs view It was great except wifi Wi-Fi wasn’t reachable at all That was fatal for a traveler. During relaxing one night stay, enjoying the pyramid view, it was ok without wifi

The best thing about the hotel is the panoramic view of the pyramids from the rooftop. We can enjoy the different views of the pyramids from early morning to sunset, with the lovely moon hanging on top. The second thing I like most is their breakfast which includes all the iconic Egyptian food which tourists need to try. The last and most important is the helpful frontdesk manager who will help you to solve the problems. The room is clean and the air-conditioning is good. I will recommend friends to come.

The reason to stay is the view. But we booked a standard room without view as would have it during breakfast. Arrived and did not have our room so put is in a room with view Nd then moved us to standard room. The reason to book anywhere for two nights is to relax. I said no to upgrade that's how I found out they did not have my room. I wanted to Unpack a little and have stuff out. Not have to pack up before being picked up on tour. Sales pitch expected as poor area. Breakfast was way too much, very tasty Roof views are great and across the road from entry gate to pyramid. Area is very poor, motel sent a footman with me to teller and back so would be safe.this was great help to me but gives you an indication of the area. You have to stay this close of U want to look out and see the pyramid so close. Overalls I don't think a bad stay, bed sheets clean, staff nice although push for review, but after seeing the area these people need tourist work to survive.

The location is very good, right next to the pyramids. The room is relatively small. The most ordinary room I booked has no windows. Going downstairs is the south gate of the pyramid. The front desk guy who arrived early was very enthusiastic. He let us check in early and gave us a free breakfast. The interior of the hotel also has Egyptian characteristics. It is worth staying

The family room is too small, don't believe the pictures, it's ok for two people, but for four people... there's no room for luggage🥹 When I booked, it said free airport pick-up, but when I contacted the store, they said I had to stay for two consecutive nights. In the end, I communicated with Ctrip customer service, paid for it myself, and Ctrip reimbursed me online... In the end, it was considered free airport pick-up. Although Ctrip reimbursed me in the end, I still have to say that this airport pick-up is really expensive. I can catch up with Uber several times to the airport😅Btw, the driver's attitude was very good, and he played music for us and chased us to take pictures

Avoid spoilers. Whether you can stay in the room you booked depends on luck. 3 points for the excellent location, breakfast, small room and old facilities but worth the price. Bad reviews. We booked a balcony room but it was not given, and we were downgraded to a window room. Fortunately, we arrived at noon and we could get one of the 2 balcony rooms. After a while, the store owner confessed that the room we booked was no longer available. We were given souvenirs (a few postcards and a refrigerator magnet for each person (ｰｰ;)) and asked us to contact the booking platform to negotiate and complain. After returning from the trip, we had to wait for a few days to get the price difference refunded by Ctrip. I really don't recommend it.

You can take beautiful photos of the pyramids from the hotel. You can see the night light show for free (lol). The owner was very kind and taught me a lot of things, and since I had an early morning flight back, he gave me a breakfast box to take home. It was a little disappointing that the water pressure and drainage were poor, but I think it was manageable. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is right at the foot of the pyramids. The rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy. The only drawback is that the toilet layout is a bit hasty. The service is very good. The breakfast is particularly rich and tastes good. There is also freshly squeezed juice. The view from the rooftop is also very good. Every time I go to the rooftop to sit for a while, I am given ice water. Hahahaha. The boss is very nice. When I checked in, the ceiling of the front desk was being repaired. A lot of shelves were built. Every time he went out, he kept apologizing to us. We kept saying it was okay. And every time we took a taxi, the boss would help us negotiate the price when he saw us. He told us what the normal price was. We didn't need to pay any other fees. When we left, he also gave us a papyrus painting. If you see this comment during this period, I really recommend it. With this price, this configuration and this scenery, it's like it's free.👍👍👍

I took my wife and children to visit the pyramids. The boss and staff have to give 10 points for their service. They will kindly give you tour guidance and precautions when wandering around. They also helped me negotiate the relatively comprehensive prices of camels and carriages, so I don’t have to worry about being cheated after entering the scenic area. Although I didn’t order camels and carriages because my family felt it was too hot, the service attitude was still the same! In addition, their breakfast is the most sumptuous Egyptian meal I have eaten in Egypt in half a year! It is definitely worth experiencing! The disadvantage is that the environment is close to the horse farm and camel farm, and it has some smell.
