It is right in front of the entrance on the Sphinx side of the pyramid, and you can see the lights at night from the rooftop terrace. I can't say it was clean, but the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. After booking the hotel, I received an invitation to pick up from the airport and I replied asking for it, but I never received a reply after that, so I booked it myself. I asked for a hair dryer at the front desk and was told it would be brought, but it never came.

TOTALLY A SCAM, AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. We booked a double room with pyramids view but we got a room without any windows eventually. Asked them the reason but got full of excuses like one said our booking system has some issues so there is a double booking and the other said the room you booked caught fire before we came so it is not available. Then I told them we spent more on this room type but we had been downgraded, so please refund us the price difference. However, they insisted on not refunding us. What a ridiculous hotel, we have travelled to many countries before and never had this problem, but happened in Egypt this time. Worst hotel and experience ever.

It was really great and pleasant stay Hospitality was great Happily they had elevator Room was clean and I could see the pyramid from the room Welcome drink with pyramid view was also great Breakfast was the full course menu with a huge volume and definitely beat the pyramid and spinxs view It was great except wifi Wi-Fi wasn’t reachable at all That was fatal for a traveler. During relaxing one night stay, enjoying the pyramid view, it was ok without wifi

The best thing about the hotel is the panoramic view of the pyramids from the rooftop. We can enjoy the different views of the pyramids from early morning to sunset, with the lovely moon hanging on top. The second thing I like most is their breakfast which includes all the iconic Egyptian food which tourists need to try. The last and most important is the helpful frontdesk manager who will help you to solve the problems. The room is clean and the air-conditioning is good. I will recommend friends to come.

The reason to stay is the view. But we booked a standard room without view as would have it during breakfast. Arrived and did not have our room so put is in a room with view Nd then moved us to standard room. The reason to book anywhere for two nights is to relax. I said no to upgrade that's how I found out they did not have my room. I wanted to Unpack a little and have stuff out. Not have to pack up before being picked up on tour. Sales pitch expected as poor area. Breakfast was way too much, very tasty Roof views are great and across the road from entry gate to pyramid. Area is very poor, motel sent a footman with me to teller and back so would be safe.this was great help to me but gives you an indication of the area. You have to stay this close of U want to look out and see the pyramid so close. Overalls I don't think a bad stay, bed sheets clean, staff nice although push for review, but after seeing the area these people need tourist work to survive.

The location is very good, very close to the pyramids. We came here for the view of the pyramids from the room. We could see the pyramids from the window even when we were lying on the bed. However, the hygiene was poor, especially the toilet, which smelled very bad. The drain in the bathroom was blocked, the glass shower screen was broken and we were afraid it would burst. The shower head was also very old. Even the lock of the room door was broken, as were the locks of the windows and doors. Although there are so many shortcomings, its scenery and restaurant food can save it. The room price is also cheap. The front desk staff is polite. If you stay for one night, it is acceptable. The room can directly see the light show of the pyramid. Although the music is very loud and it is still playing loudly at 11 o'clock in the evening, the scenery is really beautiful.

The room we booked had nothing in common with the room shown to us. We booked a city view room and they gave us a room without even a window. We objected and they told us that this was the room we booked but it was definitely not the room we booked. Then they offered us the upper floor for $20 and we did not accept it but since we had no other choice we accepted it for $15. However, today while we were at the hotel we encountered a very different situation. A group of Japanese friends came to the hotel and they did the same things to them as they did to us. The woman was surprised and objected. She said that the room she booked was not available and they offered them the upper rooms for $45. GUYS THESE ARE SCAMMERS. THE ROOMS THEY GIVE YOU ARE THE SAME AS THE ROOM YOU SAW AND PAID FOR They also send you to a very unrelated hotel with a different name

The hotel rooms are ***et sufficient and clean. It has already been renovated. The employees are really caring and helpful. I would especially like you to meet the Manager Talha. He really gives you someone to accompany you outside for very low prices and allows you to visit the pyramids safely and get your ticket quickly. He also saves you from a big trouble by taking your photos. Unfortunately, the outside of the hotel is terribly crowded and a bit unsafe. But when you go back to the hotel and sit on the terrace, everything becomes fascinating again. 600ml Nestle water, tea and coffee are provided free of charge at all hours of the day. You can get as much water as you want and this is a great thing. You can come to the front of the hotel by taxi. We again paid a very small amount for our transfers through trip.com and made our transfer from the airport to the hotel - from the hotel to the airport very easily without dealing with anyone. Since I noticed that there are not many Turks who make reservations through trip.com, I would like to state that you can use it with peace of mind by writing in detail. The family room is too small, don't believe the pictures, it's ok for two people, but for four people... there's no room for luggage🥹 When I booked, it said free airport pick-up, but when I contacted the store, they said I had to stay for two consecutive nights. In the end, I communicated with Ctrip customer service, paid for it myself, and Ctrip reimbursed me online... In the end, it was considered free airport pick-up. Avoid spoilers. Whether you can stay in the room you booked depends on luck. 3 points for the excellent location, breakfast, small room and old facilities but worth the price. Bad reviews. We booked a balcony room but it was not given, and we were downgraded to a window room. Fortunately, we arrived at noon and we could get one of the 2 balcony rooms. After a while, the store owner confessed that the room we booked was no longer available. We were given souvenirs (a few postcards and a refrigerator magnet for each person (ｰｰ;)) and asked us to contact the booking platform to negotiate and complain. After returning from the trip, we had to wait for a few days to get the price difference refunded by Ctrip. I really don't recommend it.
