The view was great

friendly staff, family room with 2 bathrooms and kitchen. 4th floor. view just wow! from roof terrace a view that you will remember. however no materials in the kitchen such as dishcloths or towels to do the dishes. no broom etc. nevertheless a must if you stay a few days as it is very dusty due to desert sand. located in a somewhat shady neighborhood, local supermarket around the corner. we were allowed to check out a bit later because the flight was later in the evening.

We stayed here during a two-day tour of Cairo. We really liked the hotel. Firstly, everything works (air conditioning, plumbing). Secondly, the rooms are clean: clean bed linen and soft towels. We liked the location and the friendly staff.

We arrived with my family on 10/21/2024 to spend one night in this hotel following a reservation made by an activity agency based in Hurghada two days one night Where to start the hotel rooms are on the 13th floor the person who welcomed us is very kind and helpful nothing to say and you do have a view of the pyramids that's true but the room is catastrophic it's really not the same as in the photos and the bathroom is leaking we couldn't even take a shower after a day in the heat my wife my son and I didn't have hot water and I'll let you see the photo of the shower head even the cold water had trouble flowing I imagine it hasn't been used for years the air conditioning works well for the TV there is no remote control so forget it if you want to put the TV on just to en suite in the night while we were sleeping I know it's my fault I should have closed the door behind me the hotel manager night liquid came into my room and left the room open as soon as he saw that there were people there I went to see and ask why he did that he replied he wanted to give me a duplicate key if you look at the reservation or key register you know very well that there are people in this room so if you stayed in this strange hotel be careful with night liquid and if you go out take everything of value with you do not leave anything I doubted the intentions of the person I don't really believe in his key story then the neighborhood is a bit out of the way but I think that with an Uber everything is possible 25 30 minutes there is a McDonald's 5 minutes by car a small cafe just downstairs from the hotel with shisha then the breakfast that we were offered was not the one in the photo we did not have lunch I ate Apple pie instead and my son drank a small carton of milk with his cakes like prince we left for 9:00 am from the hotel the manager of the day team We still asked when leaving if he had to clean the room and make the room we did not really understand why but I think that if there are only the beds to make the rest is not done like the bathroom or even quickly wash the room and frankly even the bed I think we slept on sheets that had already been used by other people I do not really know what to think so be careful overall this hotel is leaking power 1000 for you and your family it is better to spend a little more and have better and not have doubts than to have bad surprises on arrival if you are not too careful about the questionable hygiene the morning meal and the neighborhood I think you will have a good time and the had on this hotel is completely wrong and very wrong I hope mine will stay if it is deleted I will make sure to put it back so that everyone sees my comment
