Hotel que se diz 5 estrelas e não tinha amenities no banheiro, nem chinelo nos quartos. Pessoal gentil, porém despreparados, café da manhã fraquíssimo. Não tinha funcionários suficientes pra prestar serviços pros hóspedes, sem recepção 24 hs. Hotel deveria ser 3 estrelas. A hotel that claims to be a 5-star hotel had no amenities in the bathroom or slippers in the rooms. The staff were friendly but unprepared, and the breakfast was very poor. There were not enough staff to provide services to guests, and there was no 24-hour reception. The hotel should have been a 3-star hotel.

What an amazing place to stay! The limestone, rhe chateau itself, everyyhing is wonderful. The host, Olivier, was very helpful with excellent recommendations for dining and for activities.
Would highly recommend the Chateau if you are near Amboise!

This is a great place to stay in the Loire valley, very near all the important castles, situated in a forest. The rooms are large and comfortable, the service excellent and friendly.
