Cyano Suites

good location , with excellent view, breakfast is good u need to check in in sister hotel

Property itself is impeccable. Our room looked over the sea and the Apollo gate. Really beautiful sunset from the balcony. Located a bit north of the main town area so nice and quiet.

Property difficult to locate, surrounding area very poor

Lovely clean room, very comfortable bed and really great view of the sea and of the ruins of Apollo’s temple. There is a fantastic buffet breakfast with a range of delicious sweet and savoury house made pastries and pies, and fruit salad, yogurt , cold meats, tomatoes etc. It is served at the associated Ariana hotel a couple of minutes walk away. Walking out from the room - whether to breakfast or to the town necessitated navigating a short but steep lane so not brilliant for anyone with balance or mobility issues. The Cyano suites prove a taste of Cycladic architecture but in this instance (Suite 3) it included a couple of steps within the room up to the bed /bathroom level which were very close to the end of the bed so you need to be careful in the dark or after a few drinks! Very well located for a visit to Naxos - a short walk to the old castle and Chora and it’s winding narrow old streets packed with restaurants and tavernas and shops; similarly close to the port and the waterfront cafes. There won’t be many places with as good a view, which are also quiet and so close to the town. Michael was very helpful with luggage/port transfers and also arranges care hire.

Cyan is an amazing property, the location and view are insane! The owner and his family are very hospitable and the breakfast they cook up every morning is awesome. If you can get one of the top suites you will count yourself lucky.

The hosts were fabulous, would def stay here again when we visit

When we opened the door to our suite (#3) my first thought was BEAUTIFUL! Everything was immaculate and even nicer than the pictures. Michael our host was beyond words. We rented a car through him and he set up a wine tour for us at Saint Anna’s Winery. Definitely a must! At breakfast our last day we met his mother who I just wanted to hug. We found the people of Naxos to be the gem of the island.

Our place was extremely clean, staff was exceptional, breakfast was extraordinary and the view cold not be beat. We could look out over the Aegean Sea at Apollo's Temple from our bed. The pictures on the website are not exaggerating the view.
