My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks at Medusa Beach Resort & Suites and we’re already looking forward to returning. Naxos is a true gem of the Cyclades, and Medusa is the perfect place to enjoy it — located right on stunning Plaka Beach, with its soft sand, turquoise water, and peaceful atmosphere. The palm garden between the hotel and the beach is beautiful and impeccably maintained, and the private beach area is a real plus. We loved the pool right by the sea, with a great bar, and the restaurant served fresh, tasty food with a small but well-chosen wine list. Above all, the staff was truly exceptional — from the manager to every single team member, everyone was warm, kind, and professional. A perfect stay.

Ottima struttura posta nella parte finale della spiaggia di Plaka. Il must del resort è la sua spiaggia privata, a pochi passi dal corpo centrale, immersa in un giardino di palme con chiringuito sempre aperto, piscina direttamente in spiaggia ed ombrelloni e lettini riservati agli ospiti. L’atmosfera è molto chill e intima, perfetta per una vacanza in relax, non come certe grandi strutture che, anche se dotate di molti servizi perdono decisamente charme. Qui l’ospite è al centro ed il personale è attento ad assecondare ogni esigenza. Colazione completa, di qualità e servita direttamente al tavolo. C’è la possibilità di pranzare e cenare in struttura nei vari tavoli immersi nel giardino: bellissima opzione. Il mare è bellissimo sebbene nella parte centrale della spiaggia sia migliore: la comodità che offre l’hotel ci ha comunque invitato a cambiare spiaggia solo una volta nel corso della vacanza. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff e certamente torneremo al Medusa alla nostra prossima vacanza in Naxos.

Overall mixed stay at Medusa. Grounds were nice, private beach access as well as a pool in close proximity to each other. However, the room we had didn’t look like the pictures online. The included breakfast was average as you had to pay for additional items which would have been included in most other hotels breakfast. Anything besides filtered coffee was an additional charge. The resort is pretty remote, so you would need a car/ATV if staying here to get to other parts of Naxos.

Gran hotel, playa fantástica, personal amable. Lo único malo: las bebidas en el chiringuito son bastante caras y de muy mala calidad. Además, las sirven en vasos de plástico, ¡imposible! El camarero no sabe ni lo que hace. Esto arruina la impresión general del hotel.

So quiet and peaceful. Perfect for walking on the beach and being in the perfectly blue water. The staff was wonderful, very attentive and knew when to give people space. Great food, servings are large! Bring an appetite.

Our second time to thoroughly enjoy Medusa Beach Resort & Suites. Staff throughout were, once more, lovely and made our four night stay enjoyable. As with our first visit, we chose the spacious Executive Suite which does involve internal stairs from the living to the bed and bath rooms as well as to the second story hot tub. The Executive Suite also involves walking a short distance to dining, the pool, tiki bar and beach. NBD as we enjoyed the privacy and solitude. Ground transport re air and water ports was arranged through Medusa as we chose to relax and renew without the need to leave the property. We look forward to our third time at Medusa Beach Resort & Suites.

This is relaxing!
A beautiful hotel at the beach!!! 100% relax!!! The staff is very kind and helpful. The dinner is good and breakfast very complete. A beautiful garden leads to the beach with a bar and beds. Paradise!
