Lovely hotel in perfect, quiet location
We loved our stay here in Naxos. The room was beautiful and very spacious, and the pool was a delight which we luckily had to ourselves whenever needed!
The staff were really helpful and provided advice and recommendations on everything.

It's an okay place, could be better!
Pros:
Style of room
Clean rooms
Rooftop pool is lovely
Location is perfect
Cons:
-Woken up on two occasions at 4am by drunken guests
- Noise in general, rooms not soundproofed
- No one to meet us when checking in/out
- Room we had not very private as on ground floor overlooking street
- No security, doors left open all night

This is a very clean property that's in good shape and within a 10 minute walk to the main part of the town along the waterfront. The bus stop to the beaches is about a 5 minute walk, and less if you hustle. There is also a beach within a 10 minute walk. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets within easy walking distance. There is also a kiosk right across the street where you can buy water, beer, snacks etc. Only thing is that the receptionist is only reachable by WhatsApp, which did not prove to be a real drawback for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Stanze piccole e non corrispondenti alle foto. Assolutamente da evitare se non volete incappare in gravi disagi. Proprietaria fugge e non risponde alle telefonate.assolutamente mancanza di professionalità. Avevano prenotato una quadrupla e ci siamo ritrovati in una doppia con due letti aggiunti !

Excellent across the board, the reception waited for us even though we arrived later then expected. They were very nice and went above and beyond their duties for us. The accommodations were better then expected and ended up being closer to the beach then we thought.

Chambre très agréable ,joliment décorée et très spacieuse.Mention spéciale pour la jeune fille qui nous a accueillis et conseillés pendant notre séjour.juste un peu excentre du Kastro .La piscine sur le toit est aussi très appréciable,je précise que contrairement à des photos sur Tripadvisor ,Ampelos suites n’a pas de piscine mais uniquement Ampelos résidence.

Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση και ύφος, για την τιμή του δεν προσφέρει τίποτα, πάρα μόνο μια απλή καθαρή διαμονή σε ένα διαμέρισμα. Δωρεάν parking που αναφέρει, αυτός ο χώρος που «ήτανε» για parking , μόνο για parking δεν έκανε , η εξωτερική πισίνα δεν είχε καμία σχέση με την πραγματικότητα και σίγουρα μη χρηστική. Συνεπώς πολλά για ελάχιστα.
