It was a pleasure to stay in Akre for such a short time. It worth staying longer, as the hotel located a bit away from the crowd and shopping area, but it has everything needed and a private empty beach , which is perfect for those who want to recharge and relax totally. We rented a scooter in a little village 20 mins away from Akre, which was cheap and let us travel within the island freely. The hotel let us check out after 2 pm and even provided a new room! Adorable! And Eleni, the manager, was extremely hospitable and caring ❤️ Thank you for having us! want to go back !

A true haven of peace in Naxos We had an absolutely magical stay at Akrè Hotel. Nestled in a breathtaking natural setting, this intimate property (with only a few rooms) offers a peaceful and refined atmosphere, far from the tourist crowds. The luxury here is understated and minimalist, with every detail carefully designed to blend seamlessly into the landscape. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always discreet, thoughtful, and ready to help. You truly feel cared for from the moment you arrive. Our room offered a stunning view of the Aegean Sea, and each evening we were treated to the most spectacular sunset from our private terrace, a moment of pure serenity. The restaurant reflects the spirit of the hotel: elegant and authentic. The dishes, made with local ingredients, are absolutely delicious , refined, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. A true culinary journey. Akrè is a rare gem, a place that feels both exclusive and welcoming. You leave with only one thought… coming back.

We spent a week in a room with a jacuzzi. The room is rather basic, not everything is of high quality and the terrace with jacuzzi has no privacy. There is a fairly large safe and 2 bottles of water (50 cls) in the room every day. Tap water is not drinkable on the islands; you also have to put the toilet paper in the trash. Breakfast is very well served at the table, you have to ask for the menu to have the completeness of what is included. The gym includes a bike and dumbbells nothing more. The overall experience is good, the restaurant is expensive for the island but helps out well. The view and the pool are really great. I recommend this hotel

Akre hotel was a peaceful and beautiful oceanfront property with private beach access, a beautiful pool, and private hot tubs for some rooms. The facilities were clean, the staff were very friendly, and the included breakfasts were delicious.

Hotel was in a remote and very peaceful location. Clean & very calming. Beautiful view. Swimming pool was a little in the cold side so not too welcoming. Showing did not always have hot water, but minor. Staff were lovely and very friendly & helpful. We loved the fact there were two young kitties that would join us from time to time. Comfortable rooms!

Large rooms; fantastic view; very friendly staff; very good food. It is a ways out of town with little nearby, however, a quick cab ride into town. We had a great stay and highly recommend if you want to relax.

Fantastic hotel and stellar views
A must stay at Naxos. The facilities, food, views and services are all excellent. We enjoyed the hotel so much and every single staff member was so nice and welcoming. We hope to come back sometime in the future!

Absolutely Exceptional
My husband and I stayed here for the last part of our two+ week holiday and it was sheer perfection. From being warmly greeted the moment we arrived, the sensational views no matter where you looked, the attention to detail (e.g., the music shifting to match the time of day), modern conveniences and comforts (I'm talking about you Mr. Bidet), to the outrageously delicious food - we didn't want to leave. While we were close to town for shopping and dining, and near world-class trails (i.e., Mt. Zas), leaving Akre was near impossible. As so, we spent most of our days like lizards lapping up all the Grecian sun either at the inviting infinity pool or along the Aegean shores on the private beach (technically, no beach in Greece in private but it sure felt like it) before having sunset cocktails at the pool bar and dinner al fresco at the restaurant on property. We left completely recharged and reenergized, and absolutely cannot wait to go back.
