Contesto molto bello, personale gentile
ville arredate bene, serramenti di pregio, accessori adeguati. Pulizia interna buona ma, sui balconi ( per altro spogli di arredamento) , intorno e dentro la piscina privata pulizia insufficente. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava, non ci sono bidet. Il luogo è isolato, conviene disporre di auto. Comunque ci siamo complessivamente trovati bene ,devo dire però che, a tariffa piena, il servizio è insufficente.

Posto molto carino ma isolato, con strada sterrata per raggiungerlo. Bagno mooolto piccolino. Piscina favolosa, colazione fresca ogni mattina. Personale e proprietario gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Balconcino e tramonto molto belli.

Nous avons passé un séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel situé à l’écart de l’affluence touristique pour découvrir Naxos, dans un environnement lunaire qui surplombe la belle plage de Pyrgaki accessible à pied en 10’. Suite confortable avec une belle terrasse, site très calme pour se ressourcer et piscine à débordement magnifique avec jacuzzi et bassin pour enfant. Petit déjeuner suffisamment copieux servi sur une belle terrasse. Merci à Nick pour son accueil, tous ses conseils pour découvrir la très belle île de Naxos et ses plages, ses bonnes adresses de restaurant, et pour son aide pour louer une voiture qui nous a été livrée à l’hôtel (fortement recommandé). Nous avons adoré cet hôtel.

Potentially beautiful structure but with many problems. The location is not optimal because it is 20 - 30 minutes away by car from the most beautiful beaches. The structure is left abandoned: safe in the house not working, lights in the private swimming pool not working, bad smell in the bathrooms due to flushing, non-existent children's play area. Positive note: the beautiful communal swimming pool but the pool bar is closed and there is no one to manage it! Sore point is the breakfast: there is no buffet, every morning you are served a small tray with: 1 boiled egg, a juice, a toast, a slice of ham and 1 of cheese, a yoghurt... Always the same for 8 days! No espresso or cappuccino, let alone biscuits! Management a little over the top... It would be enough to refresh the bathrooms, take care of the external part, serve an international breakfast and it would be another story.... Too bad!

We had a wonderful time. This is a lovely small and quiet resort, near to some stunning quiet beaches and great restaurants. A car is essential, but if you don’t want a car, stay in the capital as your own transport is essential to get anywhere on the island.

Pour mentionner les côtés positifs, l'hôtel est bien situé pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme. L'accueil est 5 étoiles. La piscine est très agréable à condition que le meltem ne souffle pas vu son exposition. MAIS Les tarifs sont (trop) élevés, 220 euros la nuit début juillet . A ce tarif, vous attendez une propreté minimale, qui n'a même pas été au rendez-vous : fiente d'oiseaux aux coins de la terrasse,petites mouches mortes en dessous des rangements pour les assiettes... En une semaine de séjour, nous avons à peine vu les dames effectuant le ménage, à deux mais en temps record et pour cause. Impossible de discuter, ces dames ne parlant ni anglais ni grec. Les poubelles cuisine et WC 'ont été changées de façon sporadique (j'ai i fini par acheter les sacs poubelles). J'ai réclamé en vain un balai indispensable en raison de la proximité de la plage et de repas quotidiens. C'est la première fois que nous rencontrons de tels problèmes de propreté en Grèce !

Claim to be eco friendly but bring more plastic that I have ever seen to your room for breakfast - which is very poor - I see a previous complaint on the bad breakfast and they say they can amend but refused when we asked. If you are intolerant to wheat or over cooked blue eggs you will have a problem. They wanted to only clean the place once in our 6 day stay but after a fight came every day. The safe does not work and the rooms dont even all have curtains. The aircon did not work so they sent the technician who stuck a bottle of shampoo in the aircon sweeper to keep it open. The place stinks like hell and there is an issue with the drains - we had to keep the bathrooms closed and could not even use the one as it was unbearable. We reported it on numerous occasions to no avail. The place is on a dirt road and there is no hot tub as advertised. Overall it is nothing like it is made out on the website. You must also park a few hundres metres from your room and they dont assist in carrying luggage. The TVs also only have Greek channels and certainly not full cable TV as advertised.

Little to say, the villas, the private garden and the garden shared with the swimming pool are stunning. The play area for children is beautiful and the bar is very well done. The view from the pool is beautiful at any time of day. We're close to the fifth star but we must point out that the kitchen is not well stocked. There were 5 of us and we had 4 plates and 2 glasses of wine available. There is no dishwasher, microwave oven and espresso coffee machine. The cutting board, cutting knives and colander were simply missing, which is problematic for an Italian. It's also a shame not to be able to use the beautiful BBQ area we had in our villa. Cleaning also needs to be improved (we recommend the use of vacuum cleaners), we often had hair that wasn't ours in the house.
