Tinchlik Plaza Hotel

Очень хороший отель. Ехала по деловым поездкам в город Навои, 2 раза остановилась в этом отеле и не ошиблась в выборе. 2 раза заселилась в один и тот же номер, прям как родная стала ))) Не далеко от вокзала. Очень уютные и чистые номера. Приятный персонал, Вкусная еда в ресторане, огромные порции.

The hotel itself is beautiful, new, good. Some rooms have windows to the corridor, but the staff does not even warn about this, it is very inconvenient that the windows cannot even be opened. The staff is terrible both in the hotel and in the restaurant. We were not allowed into a pre-booked room due to the fact that there is no registry office, although we have been living together for 10 years. The staff kept us outside for about an hour and a half until the circumstances were clarified in the terrible cold. The manager does nothing. The policy of the hotel is not customer oriented. As a result, we left ourselves, somehow, by taxi to another simple hotel, much cheaper, but the service and staff are excellent! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK TINCHLIK PLAZA!
