This hotel is really not worth the price! The service is average, the location is OK, but the hygiene is not very good, there are unknown stains on the floor of the shower room, the breakfast is okay, there are no green vegetables. Отель сам по себе красивый, новый, хороший. Некоторые номера с окнами в коридор, но персонал даже не предупреждает об этом, это очень неудобно, что окна даже открыть невозможно. Персонал ужасный и в отеле и в ресторане. Нас не пустили в заранее забронированный номер изза того, что нет ЗАГСа, хотя живём вместе уже 10 лет. Персонал держал нас на улице около полутора часов до выяснения обстоятельств на ужасном холоде. Менеджер ничего не решает. Политика отеля не клиентоориентирована. В итоге уехали сами какое-как на такси в другой простой отель, намного дешевле, но сервис и персонал отличные! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ НИКОМУ БРОНИРОВАТЬ TINCHLIK PLAZA!

Очень хорошая гостиница в Навои. Очень уютные номер, персонал отзывчивый и очень отзывчивый. Завтраки очень хорошие. Номера просторные и читсе.Отель находится не далеко от центра, хотя и сам город очень компактный. Так же на первом этаже, при отеле очень хороший ресторан.

A pretty new and fresh hotel with neat rooms. My only "complaint" is that the TV that's attached to the ceiling, would connect to YouTube and other streaming services -- local channels are quite boring :) If I'm back in Navoi, I'll pick this hotel.

Очень хороший отель. Ехала по деловым поездкам в город Навои, 2 раза остановилась в этом отеле и не ошиблась в выборе. 2 раза заселилась в один и тот же номер, прям как родная стала ))) Не далеко от вокзала. Очень уютные и чистые номера. Приятный персонал, Вкусная еда в ресторане, огромные порции.

Excellent hotel with superb staff. Hotel is brand new with all the necessary amenities. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. What makes the hotel five stars is their staff. Especially the front desk staff (Furqat and Ozoda) are super friendly and always ready to help. Especially Furqat who goes extra mile to make every guest feel home.
