An almost perfect getaway option near Matanzas. Located on a hill with the commanding view over the Pacific ocean coast it was exactly what I expected from this property. The cabanas (or more precisely - semi-cabanas) are very comfortable, each with its own terrace. On the back side - they are located quite densely near each other, so don't expect much privacy. On the other side, there are very good quality communal areas, which includes pool, garden and even fireplaces. The restaurant is also of good quality (and even not so heavily overpriced as usually). The reception ladies are very friendly and efficient, really nothing negative to be worth mentioning.

Lejos el mejor lugar para quedarse en Matanzas. Tiene todo lo que buscas pero lo mejor es el servicio de todo su personal. Hemos muchas veces a matanzas y Puertecillo, y las últimas 5 o 6 veces hemos elegido este lugar para quedarnos. porque es precioso, tiene todo lo que necesitas para ir a relajarte ya sea en pareja o en familia, el gym, el desayuno es maravilloso, el spa, las tinajas, y las salas para ver pelis y juegos para los niños, los fogones para los marshmallows, pisicinas y oficina para las reuniones urgentes. La atención tan personalizada y amable es un sello superior. Gracias Vanessa, Roberto, Francisco, Marina, Gabriela, Denisse, Hugo, Mauricio, Nicole, y a todos los que nos tratan cada vez que vamos como si fuésemos los únicos huéspedes en el hotel y eso que siempre está completo ＜3 con mucha gratitud....Familia Lama Cortés.

Un lugar realmente rico. Ideal para descansar y relajarse. Un restaurant realmente exquisito e instalaciones muy cómodas con muchas actividades para hacer. Bar, piscina, hot tube, gimnasio, pool, hamacas, fogón, todo lo necesario para no moverse si uno quiere, y a 5 minutos de matanzas por si uno quiere ir a las playa o recorrer. Un muy buena experiencia.

Tuvimos la oportunidad de hospedarnos en este maravilloso hotel por trabajo, y la experiencia fue excelente. El lugar es ideal para desconectar, rodeado de naturaleza y con el mar como fondo, creando un ambiente único de tranquilidad. Lo más destacable fue, sin duda, la atención del personal. Estuvieron muy atentos a todos los detalles, siempre dispuestos a adaptarse a nuestras necesidades y solicitudes. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa, con un trato cercano y cálido. Además, los desayunos fueron excepcionales: pan amasado fresco, sopaipillas, panqueques y deliciosos kuchenes sureños. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy nuevas y preciosas, creando un ambiente relajado y acogedor para disfrutar al máximo. Sin duda, lo recomiendo tanto para viajes de trabajo como personales. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

fuimos por nuestra luna de miel, no nos tenian que cobrar el iva por ser extranjeros pero la chica de la recepcion nos lo cobró igual diciendo que eso nos lo devolvian en el aeropuerto. Cuando fuimos al aeropuerto nos dijeron que eso no exitia que ni siquiera habian oficinas para devolvernos nada. Pero lo peor es que cuando escribimos al hotel por distintos medios dejaron de contestarnos. nunca mas nos respondieron nada! muy decepcionante

tres bel hotel. Magnifique vue, beua design personnel tres attentionné. Un solide 4 etoiles. Internet dans les chambres déficient. Problème avec l’eau chaude, route de terre à la fin.
