Beautiful Service , Excellent Hospitality , Got a free upgrade in room type. Akshat was very efficient and professional in Front Desk while Check in.
Akash Ingle - Hospitality Manager at Asian Kitchen was Superb, First time I met a person with so much of courtesy and helping nature to customers. Had a beautiful Buffet experience because of Akash. Too Good and I am really very happy to come back and stay here again.

Pros:
- Service from everyone, especially the restaurant staff, is outstanding.
- Breakfast buffet is really good.
Cons:
- Bathroom is not well maintained and has many dirt marks and spots.
- The bathroom door doesn’t close properly.
- Location is not ideal if you want to travel frequently to downtown Mumbai and visit other tourist attractions.
- The electrical lighting in both the room and washroom is terrible.
- Mosquitoes were there in the room and washroom.

Staying for a week and everything here is very nice, big food choice, the stuff is super nice. Vishal from housekeeping service checked if everything is alright. Visited the spa for a massage as well, very nice experience. Recommend this hotel.

Over all the experience was great Sameera greet with bright smile and gave the best out it Staff : Rachna ,hussain,Mayuri,Kim, saurabh,uma, nirmala and all the chef over all everyone from asian kitchen servered the best service We are very much happy with the service Will always come and recommend others Services is 5 starrrr Hotel is 5starrr!!!! Thank you so much for making us happy. Keep going !!

Vishal has been a great housekeeping aid. He was very friendly, reliable and polite. The room was clean, the hotel staff fast and English was no issue at all. Still, the area Navi Mumbai is quite noisy but we think this is the case for Mumbai in general.

Wonderful stay at Four Points Vashi.Room was comfortable with good basic amenities provided, enjoyed the brunch with good music staff was helpfull and friendly thanks to Pranay for making it more comfortable for upgrading the suit.we will suggest everyone to come here and enjoy your experience.

So , this is really a great hotel , in a great location , with great people ! Upon arrival, you are greeted like a family member ( the ones you really like ) , check in was super easy , rooms are very comfortable and the service and customer care is exceptional ! The food , breakfast and dinner is superb , lots of choice and you must stop at the bar for the great cocktails that Nishad will make for you and the wonderful , Rishika will ensure that you are well looked after for your needs with her great customer service ! Well done !
