We had such a lovely, restful stay at this clean and very comfy B&B. We were quickly checked in and given everything we'd need or expect from a B&B. We didn't use the tiny TV, there's no tea service in the room, but it was big enough to have a place to sit down as well as our nice bed. Solid Wifi. We were offered a nice breakfast in the morning. The place was gated - your car will be very safe, and in a quiet little neighborhood less than a five-minute drive from the town of Navan. The airport was about 40 minutes away on a weekday at 7am. Easy to walk around, easy to relax. We'd recommend this place and would stay again.

Not friendly
Lots of other places you can stay in the area. Not friendly or warm as you'd expect from a b&b. If you're a busy tourist that takes likes to advantage of the long summer days, choose a place with more flexibility. This place runs like a school dormitory.

The owners first words were what the fu#k was I doing parked outside his gate. Went in took 90 euros off me within 1 minute .came down to get a tea owner came in and screamed at me no tea .he really embarrassed me but I said nothing because of his old age No breakfast heating soap shampoo 1 tiny towel . Freezing room as heaters broken or permanently turned off. The owner Stephen is a disgrace to the hospitality trade and treated me like dirt even though I didn't complain once about anything .i hope never to return to navan . Cheap really cheap

He threw out a diabetic man at 8.30 pm onto the street and didn't refund the amount he paid place should be shut down.very stressfully having to sleep in a bus shelter as had nowhere else to go. Would nor recommend this place the guy clearly has anger issues.

The man at the B&B has terrible anger issues. The second the door opened, he told us that he didn’t have enough accommodation for us. We tried explaining that we had e mail confirmation from Hilda. It was aggressiveness at every turn after that. No coffee tea making facilities in the rooms. Even accused us of having an extra unpaid guest as we were leaving. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Host was incredibly aggressive and intimidating, never experienced anything like it before. Felt very anxious to stay. Will definitely not be staying again. Not a nice experience in the slightest. Tried to accuse us of having more people stay then we paid for too.

No hot water in the morning at 08:00 for a shower. Colleagues have been told in the past to not use too much hot water. One towel that smelled like it hadn't been washed. Continental breakfast consisted of the cheapest of the cheap items from LIDL. I would give 0/5 stars if I could.

Hilda and her husband were ideal hosts. Most welcoming and accomodating. The room was quiet, spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. I wish we could have stayed a second night.
