rooms are not maintained, we had to get the bedsheets changed as they had stains n lot of hair..we told to change pillow covers too as they were smelling but they said they can not change it coz of no stock of clean pillow covers. floors were sticky n dirty if you walk bare foot it will become black. dirt n web in the room

Calimg bell not working and main room in first floor, Glasses is not available in room. And requested for 2 people 1 glass and 1 towel offered. Service is little slow. Should improve.

The property was very good. It's located at prime location from where all visiting places was closer. They didn't provide the personal kits which was indicated during booking in make my trip.

It was a very bad experience. Multiple times the power got cut and the air conditioning is also very bad. Not recommended at all.

Had a very bad experience with the hotel. The rooms were stinky, we asked for a different room.
We had a frequent power cut problem, every half an hour the power was getting disconnected. Due to which the Ac cooling took time to cool the room.
We booked the room for two days but the stewarts were knocking the door every now and then, without even checking the system.
They stopped it only after shouting at the reception Manager. I would never suggest this hotel for a family stay.

The rooms were stinky, we changed the room. The Other room was just ok. There was a frequent Power cut, they take time to switch to generator. The room took time to get cold.
We booked the room for two days, but without even checking the system, the stewarts knocked the door repeatedly for check out & again for payment.
I would never suggest this hotel for a stay.
