It is located above ground, and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. The fresh water dispenser, Wifi, and air-conditioning were all very welcome! Hot showers would be welcome. This is an excellent Hotel to use as a central base for exploring the entire island of Biliran, be that the surrounding mini-islands, rice-terraces, waterfalls, mountains, and/or volcanos. Most forms of transport are available from the adjacent port.
