Hotel muy bonito, muy bien ubicado para esquiar sobre todo. Pero lo más importante a destacar es el equipo de profesionales, siempre dispuestos con una sonrisa y pendientes de todo. Muy buen desayuno y restauración. Volveremos pronto!!!

Increíble equipo humano que hacen de este gran hotel toda una experiencia ! Amabilidad y atención extrema de todo el equipo de recepción ! Bravo Servicio y calidad superior de todo el equipo del restaurante desayuno . Incomprensible que este hotel no tenga 5 estrellas !! Los servicios gratuitos son espectaculares : Traslado de skis Parking exclusivo SPA Paseo con raquetas al atardecer Guía ski Un gran hotel lo hacen las personas , y en MIM Baquera están los mejores .

Hemos disfrutado una estancia de dos noches en familia con dos niñas de 9 y 6 años. El hotel es precioso. El trato al cliente, los servicios de restauración (el desayuno, el Hincha y el Lounge Bar) , las facilidades para el esquí… todo a la altura de las 5 estrellas. Cabe destacar la profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal, atentos a todos los detalles y necesidades durante la estancia. Enhorabuena por vuestro gran trabajo.

Hotel muy bonito y agradable con un personal de diez. Eso si, les queda mucho por mejorar: llegas con el coche al parking y no hay nadie para atenderte tienes que buscarte la vida para saber donde esta recepcion. Las habitaciones las hacen cuando quieren/pueden….a las 4pm la habitacion sin hacer, el restaurante bien pero mal organizados; lo intentan pero para ser lo que quieren ser les queda mucho.

Segunda vez que vamos a Baqueira, y repetimos estancia en este hotel. Tengo que decir que cada vez mejora y se supera más. Habitación perfecta para 4 personas, duplex, 2 habitaciones, 1 salón independiente con su televisión y un baño super completo, con bañera y ducha. Limpieza perfecta y reponen todos los días el agua, infusiones y cafes. La atención del personal inmejorable. Y el servicio de desayuno, es muy completo, perfectamente atendido y de calidad. El restaurante Hincha, también nos encantó, totalmente recomendable para ir una noche a cenar. El spa, aunque es pequeñito, es genial para relajarse después de un día de esqui. Además pueden entrar los niños hasta las 5 de la tarde. Tienen un servicio de entrega y recogida de esquis, te los llevan a los guardaesquis para que al día siguiente los tengas preparados para cogerlos y solo acceder al telecabina que está al lado. De verdad, que no hay ni un pero, todo perfecto. Nada que decir negativo. Mi enhorabuena al personal y dirección del hotel.

De los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado. Servicio de 10, cenas de lujo en el restaurante Hincha y encima con vestuario del hotel en el telecabina. Lujo en su máxima expresión El Spa una pasada! y nos comenta la masajista que lo reforman al cerrar este año, así que visota obligada el año que viene!!! Ah y el parking tiene cargadores para vehículos eléctricos.

Hemos estado con amigos en habitacion Atico, muy comoda y espaciosa. Todas las estancias del hotel super agradables, hall muy amplio y acogedor. Desayuno excepcional! Ubicado a pocos pasos por galeria comercial para ir a pistas esquí con telecabina. Parquing directo a hotel. Muy practico todo. Repetiremos sin duda! Gracias

While I understand the need for non-refundable policies (non-committal bookers, snow conditions etc), I would have expected the hotel to offer some flexibility given the exceptional circumstances when Heathrow airport was closed due to a fire. This could have been offered as a refund or a credit to stay at the hotel at another date, however the hotel offered no flexibility despite the circumstances. Book with caution.
