Отличный отель, по сервису абсолютно оправдывает свои 5*. Даже в нестандартных ситуациях менеджмент делал все наилучшим образом. Серьёзный минус отеля - платное СПА , в том числе и сауна. Платить 40 евро с человека за посещение сауны, хамама и 2 маленьких бассейнов в 5* отеле как то странно

Excellent accueil. Le personnel est à vos petits soins et tout est fait pour que le séjour soit agréable. Le petit déjeuner est hors norme par sa qualité et sa quantité. L'emplacement est parfait et la gestion du matériel de ski est vraiment un plus

Hotel de 10, es como estar en casa, la limpieza, el olor, la gran chimenea del bar Le Bistro, super acogedora, la atención, el personal, la habitación, los amenities son insuperables, la comida de los restaurantes exquisita, todo muy bien cuidado, quería hacer unas menciones especiales: Carmina profesional 100x100 muy atenta y muy amable, siempre pendiente que no falte de nada en los desayunos ni en las habitaciones, Javier, Lolo, Carlos, Manolo,Jimena, Violeta, Sergio, Ramón, Walter, Andrea, grandes profesionales. Hemos estado los primeros días de Enero del 2025, hemos estado ya varias veces en el hotel, y es inmejorable!!las instalaciones y la comodidad para esquiar es indudable, pero lo más especial y diferencial es el grupo de personas que forman parte del hotel. Por desgracia en esta estancia y días de esqui hemos tenido un accidente y la atención que recibimos por parte del hotel fue excepcional. El Val de Neu es nuestra casa en Baqueira y así lo sentimos.
