Отличный отель, по сервису абсолютно оправдывает свои 5*. Даже в нестандартных ситуациях менеджмент делал все наилучшим образом. Серьёзный минус отеля - платное СПА , в том числе и сауна. Платить 40 евро с человека за посещение сауны, хамама и 2 маленьких бассейнов в 5* отеле как то странно

Todo genial lo que tiene que ver con el hotel pero regular lo que te subcontratan por fuera como las clases de esqui y el transfer al aeropuerto. El transfer un horror, buscaros otro, nuestro conductor iba cogiendo el movil todo el rato, soltaba el volante y todo, por puerto de montaña y con 4 años en el coche. Denunciable.

Uno de los hoteles con mejor servicio en los que me he hospedado. Las instalaciones del hotel y las habitaciones están en perfecto estado. La comida de sus restaurantes es de primera pero el ambiente y el servicio del personal es sobresaliente. Felicidades!!!

La estancia ha estado muy bien. El personal súper amable, las habitaciones muy limpias, la ducha buena , las toallas de calidad, la cama confortable , las almohadas son algo a mejorar , las blandas muy blandas y las duras como ladrillos, la atención de la habitación buena , el servicio en la chimenea excelente y en el desayuno muy buen servicio también. En general , una estancia muy muy agradable .

Es el hotel ideal para pasar unos días de SKI en Baqueira El trato es super amable y atento de todo el personal pero con una mención muy especial para Carlos que estuvo muy atento con nosotros y muy especialmente con nuestro hijo Máximo Muchas gracias a todo el equipo de Vall de Neu por hacernos sentir como en casa Volveremos sin duda!!!!

Hemos llegado al Hotel y nos recibió una chica espectacular, rápida para hacer el check in e informarnos de las facilidades del hotel, así como todo a los alrededores. La habitación una Jr Suite muy bien, la cama le cabría un cambio de colchón pero no estaba mal el que tenía. Baño muy limpio igual que la habitación. Las vistas desde la habitación no son las mejores. Los restaurantes los comentaré por separado, pero muy bien.

Our first time in Baquiera (we live in Mallorca), thankfully free of any Covid nonsense. (Unlike France, Italy, Austria, etc.) Excellent hotel that managed the busy ski guests very well. Helpful staff and nice rooms. Breakfast excellent with wide choice, although a bit unclear as to what you can or can't order from the kitchen. Not a fan of capsule machines in a 5 star hotel, but 'real' coffee can be ordered if patient. Our room was 'con-joined' with another - a family room, so the neighbours could be heard on occasion - not ideal, but it was not a major issue. Hotel proximity to lifts and slopes is excellent. Their Fondue restaurant was also excellent. Definitely a hotel that goes out of it's way to ensure the guests are happy, we hope to return.

Séjour très agréable, service irréprochable, hôtel très beau et emplacement parfait, seul bémol la restauration de l’hôtel n’est pas au niveau du tarif demandé. Très cher pour des plats très moyen.
