The receptionist was not at all welcoming and simply asked for our names, handed us a key, and told us how to get to the room. The receptionist who handled check out was not very friendly either.
The room was large, had a nice view from the window and generally the facilities were OK. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and need replaced.
The noise insulation between rooms is non-existent. We could hear music being played next door and even the conversation of the other guests.

Wir haben im Juni 2024 für eine Familienfeier im Januar 2025 ein Doppelzimmer für zwei Nächte gebucht mit dem Hinweis, das Zimmer solle mit möglichst wenigen Stufen erreichbar sein. Eine Buchungsbestätigung für zwei Nächte haben wir bekommen. Bei der Anreise hieß es dann, das Zimmer wäre nur für die folgende Nacht reserviert und befindet sich im 2. OG (ohne Aufzug). Obwohl ich die Buchungsbestätigung vorlegte, fand die Dame an der Rezeption dafür kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Letztendlich fand sich dann ein deutlich teureres Zimmer, das auch nur mit wenigen Stufen erreichbar war. Die Familienfeier in der gegenüberliegenden Kellerei war ein voller Erfolg der für die unprofessionelle Behandlung im Hotel entschädigte.

Sehr idyllisch gelegen. Ein ein historisches, kleines Juwel umgeben von Weinbergen. Zu fuss am Fluss entlang ca 30-40min zum Naumburger Dom. Ein Restaurant mit guten regionalen Essen und Getränken.
