Rooms (3x) good sized , clean and kitchen well furnished. About 10 mins to Dunsborough (restaurants, Coles, Woolworths).

We stayed 6 nights at Yallingup Forest Resort in Sep (early spring) with our baby + 2 young kids. Pros - love the forest location - the fresh air, birds - the location was great! close by many wineries & activities for the kids (yallingup maze, country life farm), a short drive to dunsborough town for Coles, food etc. - kitchen had enough tools for cooking + oil, salt & pepper provided. we had no issues cooking meals in the kitchen. - the home was cozy and felt like a home away from home. we were comfortable enough for 6 nights there :) - any issues are dealt with very efficiently by management (we had issue with the heater and ran out of gas on separate days and both issues were swiftly rectified) Cons - no dishwasher & no dryer - don’t expect fancy or tip-top brand new fittings. doesn’t look very new (at least for the chalet we stayed in) but everything was otherwise clean and comfortable Also, expect it to get really dark and quiet at night, which you would expect in a forest retreat. The playground is decent and there’s a small pool which we didn’t get to try as pool is closed for winter months and I guess early spring too. Overall, a very good deal and great place for spending time with family :)

This chalet was a great place to have a relaxing unwinding holiday. Sitting on the balcony looking out into the forest with the kangaroos bounding past was just what we needed to reset. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The heater we used on the 2nd night which was great. The beds were so comfy we all commented how good a sleep we had. The only thing was i didn't realise we shared the chalet being a&b so there was a young family next door which they were actually very quiet so maybe we were lucky but if u want total space make sure to book the four rooms to have the entire chalet. We will definitely be back😊

This is an excellent accomodation choice when visiting the south west. Clean modern chalets set within the bush for a tranquil feel. Fantastic for kids, My only comment would be that whilst I understand this is an eco friendly resort our shower came out at a dribble every time. Very hard to wash a baby and hair etc under it but other than that an excellent stay!

This was a half of a cabin as shown on the Booking site with the other side unoccupied when we were there. I think there is a season here when kids are out of school and all the cabins are occupied. The accommodations were really nice and the place was really quiet except for the kookaburras and magpies trying to get our dinner(amusing). Don't eat on the porch! There was a nice washer to use and a line to hang out clothes. The pool and tennis court looked nice but we didn't use them. There is a hands off approach by management and all the payment was collected in advance. They had good internet.

We loved our stay here. We'd booked a 3 bedroom chalet but that wasn't available so we were given 2 x 2 bedroom chalets with a connecting door. Perfect. Two living areas. Two kitchens. We could do our own thing. And then there's the environment. You are surrounded by bush with other chalets hidden behind trees. Utterly tranquil - if one ignores the magpies singing to wake you up and the sunset laughter of the kookaburras. There's even a small swimming pool in which to cool off after a hot summer day. We'd stay again.

We were booked in for 4 nights but left after just one night. There was a problem with the chalet, and there was nobody around to solve it. We were very sorry to have to abandon this part of our holiday as it was in an area we wanted to explore. However the owners of the chalet refunded us our money and we were happy to have a swift resolution to the problems we encountered/
