My stay at Elite Regency, Nathia Gali was a complete nightmare, and not just because of their chaotic parking lot. Upon arrival, the parking was a mess, with cars haphazardly parked and staff indifferent to the disorder. When I returned to retrieve my car a few hours later, it was completely blocked in by other vehicles. This situation was incredibly stressful as my mother, who suffers from multiple health issues including heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure, was waiting outside the hotel. She had no choice but to sit on the footpath, unable to enter the hotel or the car. Despite my repeated complaints, the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. When I asked for the manager, no one came out to address the issue. I had to raise my voice to get the attention of other hotel guests, which finally prompted some staff members to intervene. However, all they offered was a weak apology, claiming there was no immediate solution. After a long and frustrating debate, they eventually managed to move the car that was blocking mine. Beyond the parking fiasco, the in-room services were equally disappointing. The refrigerator was not working, and several other amenities were not up to the mark. For a hotel charging Rs. 26,500 per night, this level of service is unacceptable. The staff's behavior, the management of the parking lot, and the quality of the in-room services were all far below the standards expected of a luxury hotel. I have all the video recordings of the incident as proof, but I am not posting them on social media right now. However, I can do that in the future if necessary. I strongly advise against staying at Elite Regency, Nathia Gali. The experience was incredibly distressing and far from the luxury they claim to offer. Never visit this hotel.

We had an extremely disappointing experience. This is relatively a new hotel but lacks basic amenities and staff. We were supposed to check in at 2:30 pm but the room was not ready even after an hr and a half. We were given a dirty room with unclean sheets and filthy washroom. When we complained, they sent someone to clean the room but it didn't make any difference. The bathroom smelled awful - like an open drain. Seemed like there was a common drain between multiple floors - you could hear water/drain running while sitting on your bed. The hotel was too noisy (noisy because of the staff talking loudly, traffic noise, and guests complaining of uncleanliness as well as the noise from the outdoor activities that went on until 8-9pm. The hotel management doesnt care at all. The breakfast was awful. Didnt eat anything. Nothing was edible and the crockery/utensils were extremy dirty. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but we only managed to stay there for one night. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

My experience at this hotel was very bad because of their pathetic service and discourteous staff. Even basic amenities weren't provided. I requested for some clothes hangers and the house keeping staff just said that as the hotel was full, we had to make do. The bathroom was tiny and very basic. My room was next to the lawn and a very noisy function was being held there making it impossible to sleep... Overall a very poor experience in a very overpriced hotel. Very poor value for money.

Not what it's says it is. We booked a ADA Accessible room and bought it to the Managers attention he told his Staff to refund our money and kicked us out at 9:30 P.M. He kicked out me and a permanently Disabled woman out of his hotel without knowing the area or the state. Important to note that while I was having this convention with the manager he quickly came out from the back of the counter, began pounding his fist into his other hand and later said, the next pinch is making contact with your face. I later contacted the Altomonte Springs Police Department to file a complainer I removed us from that violent area.

- Executive rooms not worth the value , bad smell, furniture and worst wash rooms - Do not worth it at all 18,000 rupees - Greasy breakfast , 95% same every day. Poor service at break fast, no tissues, glasses , washed not hygienic etc etc. - Extremely poor commitment , we have booked 2 rooms with instructions and once arrived they have given us rooms both 6 rooms in between apart to the same family with kids. Strange - front office manager no professionalism , can’t manage , high level of Mis commitment in other words lie. We felt a particular biased for family from Karachi - you have to ask for dental kit and other included items in any 3 star hotel. PLEASE THINK TWICE WITY THESE GUYS TO KEEP YOUR STAY ENJOYABLE WITH PEACE OF MIND , there are many small hotels and houses even better cleaned. Front office manager even doesn’t bothered about a negative review on social media at all.
