We pre-booked two suites a day prior with this guy, Zeeshan. Even paid 40,000 Rs. When we got to the hotel, we were told that the rooms were occupied. We were then given two awful rooms, smelly bathrooms with poor sewage, unclean bedsheets. Had to leave the same day because it became impossible to stay the night in such cramped rooms. I would definitely not recommend staying here. Strongly consider staying at a different hotel.

Not recommended!! Poor services non-professional staff with poor behavior even the senior management has a non-cooperative attitude. Need to be more professional with your commitments and behaviors as well.
