Excellent Service and Support!! Staff is very humble and polite. Some of the names are like Gautam and Babli in the restaurant, Rahul in Sales etc. Rooms are neat and clean. One can see the light show of Shivji at Statue of Belief from the room itself.

Very very bad experience, staff behavior very bad asking money for everything, food quality very bad, rooms very dirty even not provided quilt in this cold season & say quilt is provided only for super deluxe rooms not for deluxe rooms. It is also mentioned that the hotel is 1250 mt. Away from mandir & mentioned in broucher that it is from 200 to 300 mt. Away.
